Never coming to this place again. Not only do they only accept cash and no other form of payment, but one of the workers refused to return fabric from the dress she altered. This is most likely an illegal establishment. Horrible!

I have been using Fortune Cleaners for several years, for dry cleaning, alterations, and garment repair. While it's true the prices are high, their work is incredible. Garments other cleaners were unable to clean come back perfectly clean. Everything comes back looking great. So, if you are OK paying more than at other establishments and in return getting the highest quality service then I highly recommend Fortune Cleaners.

I walked into this establishment today as a new customer looking for a good dry cleaning service. I saw that this place had good reviews. I approached Jane who was tending the desk and I introduced myself and inquired about their pricing to make sure it worked for me. She wasn’t very friendly and replied ‘oh our prices are very high’ and walked away for a minute to tend to an existing customer. This was fine with me as I had a few questions and I didn’t want to hold up someone who was picking up their laundry. Jane then came back and stated that we are very expensive and our prices for shirts are $6.95. It was fine that they charge higher than the average fee but I was made to feel that I didn’t belong there and she was borderline racist. All in all it was an unwelcoming experience. Will not return here!

I dropped off four pairs of work pants to get tailored in at the waist and hips. The alterations were done quickly and looks fantastic! My pants now fit perfectly and I am extremely satisfied. I will definitely return the next time I need tailoring.Service: Alterations

I've lived all over NJ, NY, and CA and this is the best dry cleaners I've ever had. They are amazing with any requests, everything comes out perfectly , quickly, and they even get out all my husband's stains. They are extremely nice, considerate, and even tell me when I don't need to dry clean something to same ME money. I recommend them 100 times over and will continue to enjoy their amazing service.

Great quality of service! I have been looking for the "right" place to dry clean my clothes because many of them are made with delicate fabrics that needs special care. I found this place when I moved near by few months ago and has been satisfied ever since. You get why you pay for!

My husband came here Saturday around 4:30 pm to pick up dry cleaning. They were supposed to close at 5 pm. Very upset that we couldn't use those dry cleaned clothes to our vacation which was next day Sunday. Disappointed that their hours are not consistent w their posted business hour.

I rarely need dry cleaning services but I had bought a new feather Down winter jacket and a sewing machine nor a needle and thread could have fixed it. They did an absolutely amazing job on it! Extremely professional work! Very sweet and attentive to the detail of how I wanted it fixed! I'm so very happy and recommend any and all to go to her. I would literally drive an hour to get anything done by her!
