The worst finish line i have been to. The African American working here on 03/03 has lots of attitude and acts like he is gods gift to mankind . I came here to buy a shoe and a cap and decided to buy it when he walks upto me and rudely tells me to try only things i can buy in other words indicating that i don't have money to buy. He probably thinks everyone is poor like him. What a waste of space. Good job on losing a customer for life finish line.

Inaccurate store information regarding available stock and store timing. Google says open until 7 and the customer service team inside told us “no shut up and leave” ??♀️

One word , UNPROFESSIONAL. This location is the worst sneaker store that I have ever came across. None of the workers are attentive to their job and the customers. They are always on their personal mobile devices. They do not greet you when you enter the store. They are disrespectful and don't care about the business needs. If they have a newly released shoe at their location, they hold the sizes for their friends and family, and they tell the regular customers that it is sold out.There is this one guy, I believe he is a supervisor ( west Indian looking guy with glasses ) The absolute worst. I don't know who gave him his position, but they need to revoke it immediately. The guy is rude and racist, he told me I couldn't buy a shoe because he is the boss around here. I reported the issue to higher up finishline customer service and they did nothing !!Don't go to this finishline location

Manager of Livingston store very unprofessional and needs to learn customer service skills. Be careful if you need to return something. Will never buy sneakers from them again!

Horrible. The man working there didn’t acknowledge my presence and didn’t ask if he could be of any help. He texted on his phone the whole time I was there. When I tried on sneakers he continued to play with his phone. Totally disinterested in doing his job

Absolutely horrible.....got there at 6:00 pm on Saturday night they say they close at 8. I stood at the entrance staring at the metal gate that was pulled down 90% of the way. Finally I ask if i could make a quick exchange, that’s when the young two workers standing there doing nothing say they are closed. I walked away, checked their exact website and saw that on their OFFICIAL Livingston Mall Finish Line website they do indeed close at 8. When I went back and told them they laughed and said yet again that they were closed. I mean who closes their store 2 ish hours early. Is this just laziness of their workers or are they just plain old rude? I am actually disgusted and appalled by them.

Just walked in the store with my two sons, ready to purchase and 3 staff members continued on with what they were doing. Never greeted us or asked if we needed help. I hope they were not expecting me to walk up to the counter and ask. Customer service is everything.
