This salon was a 5 star a few years ago but the attention to detail is none existent. After an hour and a half for gel fill-ins I left with 5 nails having streaks with large bumps and a badly cut cuticle. This was my last time going to this salon.

Surprisingly enough, they do really great pedicures. At this point, I won't go anywhere else for them. I'm never disappointed when I leave!

Went here on Saturday morning as I had a wedding to go to Saturday evening around 5. I've been here plenty of times and have gotten nails that are good but nothing great. I came here because I was on a time crunch and my normal salon cancelled last minute due to a family emergency. However, I left here in tears that's how bad these nails were. I had to go find another salon and have them redo them! when I called and asked what could be done or if I could get my money back, the manager got very irate with me and refused. Long story short, don't come here unless you want your nails to look like my pics.

Excellent work, went back for a fill and my nails have lasted 6 weeks so far. They do simple design really well! If you're looking for an artist, go to the city.

If you want mediocre results, something quick for the time being, then this is the place. I can’t begin to explain my experience. The nails on my left hand are longer than the right, the gel polish was not evenly applied it was on my skin which caused premature lifting as they grew. The only thing cute was the color of the polish and the price was cheap. Go at your own risk.

I've been going to this establishment for 20 years on and off. Never had a bad experience! All of the nail techs are wonderful and friendly. The staff turnover rate is low which speaks alot about them.

Clearly it states that they close at 8pm. I walked in at 7:10 asking are they still open to do a fill in. Oh we close early today, when I stated what their hours show… Oh we have to pack up etc. And there was still one girl in there getting her nails done. They are extremely rude… especially the husband. This man has been extremely rude over the years…. I barely come here, but when I do I have seen him in action. They have also become racist as well. This place and the entire mall has been on the decline. But their behavior is and has been disgusting at this place. Now I have to find another last resort salon.

After 6 years of patronage, I’ll never return to get my nails done here. I came in, asked for a fill in, reshape (coffin shape) with a gel polish design. The nail tech was not able to re-create the design, so I settled for a simpler design, which wasn’t any better. I left a tip for her effort, and left. If you choose to go, only let Tom do your nails. I left with a horrendous paint job and shape after asking for it to be painted over twice. I even settled for a simpler style and tipped for the effort even after I didn't receive what I asked for (which was a simple French with coffin shaped nails). I then talked to the manager and told him I wasn't pleased and asked if Tom could reshape and repaint my nails when he returned and was asked to pay an additional $25... This is how a patron of over 6 years gets treated. Best of luck to you if you choose to go. The nail techs are very sweet, but the service is at best subpar.

The most disgusting attitudes that spawned on earth from satan's realm work there. After a single gem fell off of my nails two days after being serviced, I go back and they fully lied to me about being booked. The other customers vouched for the principal of the situation by even giving up their spots for a 5 minute correction - NOPE! they insisted I come back close to 2 hours later; after I started crying as this was my last straw I turn around, leave, & wait the admitted time. When I re arrived I was there approached with some of the nastiest side eye and looks almost victimizing themselves because of a mistake that was made on their end. Tina and Vin were the souls of this place and honestly now that they have their own salon, there's no reason for this place to be in business! If there was a 0 star rating I would choose it -coming from a 5 year recurring customer who's had enough
