I brought my car to Euro Tec to have the steering rack replaced. They had been highly recommended to me by 2 individuals who've been using them for years. The work would've cost me $4k. When they gave me the quote, they told me that my car make/model is known to have steering rack problems, and that I should ask the car company to fix it for free. Euro Tec knew that if the car co. agreed to cover the cost, the work would be done at a dealership, and they would lose the business. Even knowing this, they told me. I don't know many companies that would do that. When I thanked one of the guys for telling me, he said, of course, why wouldn't we tell you? That told me all I needed to know about this business. So grateful to have found these guys.

These guys are awesome...performed a service on my Maserati GranTurismo and installed an xpipe. They are very knowledgeable mechanics. My car came back just as clean as it did when I dropped it off and runs like new. I will definitely be back

It's worth a drive by just to see the eclectic and exotic cars being serviced! Now that older cars can be imported without penalty they can be seen here-like the 916 model Alfa Romeo GTV not long ago.

Great service, very professional, and all work was done perfectly. They take the extra time to go over the entire car suggesting any maintenance or repairs needed. Rates are very reasonable, no reason to service at the dealer beyond the warranty period.

I gave one star for courtesy and politeness. But that does not make this any better. Bottom-line first - almost 2 month ago they could NOT fix the problem with my Mercedes despite replacing the part (?) and charged me for diagnostic, part and labor and my car was not fixed. Mercedes Dealer eventually fixed it for MUCH less and it included even changing the part that they changed (?). The issue has been gone for over 30 days since the dealer fixed it. Eurotech walked away stating the problem I was having was severe and would cost me over $10K to fix and dealer is well suited for it. Issue was nowhere as dramatic as I was told by them and the dealer's cost was 1/3 (33%) less than Eurotech for parts and labor included (not including the few hundred I paid to Eurotech) Had I gone to dealer straight, those few hundred would have been saved too. Lesson for me is stick with dealer for most repairs and not assume other shops are cheaper and equally good despite their ratings. This is a summarized version of review as there were more fumbles than listed above.Services: Electrical repair

I needed a set of pricey BMW rotors resurfaced. Apparently, turning rotors is a dying art as not many shops offer this service any longer. Everything is replace and throw away. Well Euro Tec was able to do the service after another shop turned me down. The gentlemen at the shop were very friendly and knowledgeable as I had a few questions on the process. I am new to the area and would surely return for future mechanical needs for my BMW. Thank you!Service: Brakes
