I asked for an early delivery because my husband is a teacher at a school. I wrote in my notes that it needed to be delivered early during the school day. I also wrote to drop it off in the main office. After tracking it online, I had to call and it was not going to be delivered on time if I had not called. The store is 10 minutes from the school which is why I chose that store, but the driver was in Verona when there was only 40 minutes left of the school day. The man on the phone in the store was very nice working with me to call his driver. He said that his driver is not able to even begin deliveries until 12:30PM so that would be the earliest it could get there. Which is ridiculous for a store to not be able to deliver earlier in the first place. And then to not go to the school as your first delivery is even worse since I wrote it needed to be there early. Lastly, my husband calls me and asks me if I got him a delivery. The driver called his cell phone because he could not find the main entrance to the school. So he interrupted him teaching which is not okay. So my husband did not get his gift in the middle of his day as a surprise and wishes of having a good day. I might as well just gave it to him when he got home. I will not use this store again.

I called this establishment at 9:30 am to order 2 arrangements (same-day delivery) going to the same business address less than 5 miles away. I was told to hang up, and place my order online! I hung up and called another location that took my order. If I wanted to place an online order, I would have done so! It's rather impersonal to direct a customer to place an order online when you can simply take the order and answer any question the customer might have!

I went to this Livingston store today looking to get a free fruit box, per the ad on the Edible Arrangements instagram page. When I asked for the box, the worker said that the manager would only give a free box if I made a purchase.I told the worker that the ad clearly says "no purchase necessary", and even showed him the ad. The worker just reponded by saying the manager is requiring a purchase for the free box. I told him this was misleading because the corporate ad clearly says "no purchase necessary". I asked to see the manager. The manager never came to apologize or even acknowledge me - all she did was slap the fruit box on the counter without saying anything or even looking at me.This was terrible customer service and also very unethical. The manager can't just set their own rules when the corporate ad says "no purchase necessary". The worker said I was the 15th person who's asked for the fruit box - good thing I stuck to my guns and didn't make any purchases to get the fruit box but I feel sorry for the other 14 customers that wanted their fruit box for free and got cheated by having to buy something. This is very deceptive and I feel cheated and scammed by this store and manager. Will be complaining to corporate as well. i will never order from edible arrangements in livingston again, i ordered a fruit arrangement for around $45-49 and they charged me $22 dollars to deliver in the same town. The worst thing is it's not an outside delivery service, it's somebody that works in the store. This is outrageous, what a rip off

The Lady At The Front Desk Today On July 19th, 2021 Is Very Rude, Unprofessional & Ugly. She Got Mad Because I Said "How Is It That You Can Place A Morning Order But You Won't Receive It In A Timely Manner?" She Couldn't Answer My Question So She Hung Up. I Called Back And She Declined My Call . How Do You Work In Customer Service But Have Poor Customer Service Skills. You Can't Be Mad At The Customer For Saying What Needed To Be Said. Edible Arrangements Is Fired.

For my birthday, my brother-in-law sent an edible arrangements bouquet with chocolate strawberries to me however what I got was horrific. The flowers were dead and actually two heads fell off the very same day, didn't even make it to the vase. The flowers actually are all wilted. The strawberries were soft and leaking inside. I would have never written this review if I had the opportunity to speak to the owner directly. I called several times and requested I get to speak to the owner "Rod" directly however he didn't feel it was necessary to speak to me. I left my number and asked him to call me back but that went on deaf ears. I simply didn't want others to get a gift basket like I did. My family spent a lot of money to do something really nice for me however what I got was just beyond words awful. If you are planning to do an arrangement from this location... run the other way. You will get horrible service and an arrangement that looks like it was 2 weeks old. The only thing that was actually nice was the delivery person called and made sure someone was home to get the arrangement. Everything else... I would have given a ZERO stars review if I could.

Just Such a disappointment. Holiday arrangements should have been filled and delivered on time. Ordered close to 2000 on gifts, have some missing. Reaching out to this particular location and there is no one to get a hold off. System says delivered but its no where to be found. Tried calling the driver - the number they called from - with no response. Called their main numbers and was told i have to wait for 24 hours for response.. just BAD BUSiness. Probably will not order ever again from them. Not reliable .

I put in an order today to have a birthday bundle sent out TODAY and they did it perfectly (made it on time and delivered it at the perfect time)! The recipient not only had never gotten an edible arrangements before, but they absolutely LOVED it! I want to thank the staff of this Edible Arrangements so much for helping me make the recipient feel extra loved and extra special on their special day! You guys killed it!

I love chocolate covered strawberries. I order from here at least once a month. It’s a great gift or something to show up to for a bbq. I ordered the cookies for Mother’s Day and my MiL loved the white chocolate strawberry macadamia nut cookies. It’s something different instead of the traditional arrangement.
