I’m genuinely concerned about the competency of the pharmacy staff here. I don’t fault anyone for not having my medication in stock (hadn’t been available for 3 weeks now) but I was offered the brand name instead as a one time exception since I desperately needed a refill and had been out for 3 weeks. I go in to pick up and was told that one of the pharmacy staff had returned my prescription on accident. So naturally I asked them to fix their mistake and they said they couldn’t. I now have to schedule a whole doctors visit ($$) to get a new Rx due to the type of medication. They refused to fill it, can’t transfer it, and wouldn’t admit it was their fault until I asked why. No apology, nothing. The pharmacist barely made eye contact and gave me a shrug. No human decency or empathy whatsoever.

I know it’s a hit it miss with pharmacists across different chains, but Dawn (could be misspelled but was told that was her name) was super helpful and went above and beyond with the questions we had regarding our kid’s meds. She’s a keeper!

Mike in the pharmacy went above and beyond the call of duty I left the state for two months and needed my blood pressure pill even though you’re supposed to call the pharmacy that’s receiving because it’s only two keystrokes for them and it’s a lot more work for the pharmacy sending the script Mike sent that I really needed it the other Pharmacy was swamped and not picking up the phone so he went outside his job description and took very good care of me as they always do. Thank you, Mike.

I have been using this CVS for close to 10 years, but I am deeply disappointed by the consistently poor service and complete disregard for their customers that I have experienced in the last few months. It started with my 2 year old son being prescribed antibiotics. Instead of telling me right away they did not have the medicine in stock, I was asked to wait a bit longer each time I called to inquire. It wasn't until closing time that I learned they placed an order for the medication but will not be receiving it for a few days. This left my son without the antibiotic he urgently needed, wasting an entire day. This level of disorganization and disregard for a customer's well-being is simply unacceptable. A similar situation occurred a few months later, except this time I insisted on them telling me if in fact they have the medicine we needed instead of waiting longer. When I learned they do not, I asked them to forward the prescription to a local pharmacy, which had the medicine we needed. The pharmacy tech refused and hung up on me. This incident forced my husband and children to switch pharmacies, as he could not tolerate such appalling treatment. I reluctantly gave them one more chance last week by dropping off a paper prescription. Besides waiting in line for close to 25 minutes to just drop it off, they had no records of it at pick up. My prescription was lost. No apologies or solutions were offered, and I left empty-handed, feeling like just another faceless customer. This experience solidified my belief that this pharmacy views its customers as mere numbers, with no regard for their well-being or satisfaction. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the consistently poor service, lack of organization, and total disregard for customers' needs and concerns.

Used to love this store until the cashiers refused to do checkout and insisted on you doing self check out. They lost a great customer. I go to Walgreens who have cashiers that actually do their jobs and are pleasant. I have complained but no one cares. Whatever happened to customer service?

I strongly encourage anyone considering this CVS as their pharmacy to go a couple more miles and use a different pharmacy. They have consistently been unable to obtain my medication, have failed to communicate with me that it is back-ordered, ready to pick up, or expired, and have left me without my medication that I have been taking for over 20 years. The employees are rude and unhelpful. If you're curious enough to experience it yourself, definitely check them out. But if you want to avoid the comedy routine they are putting on, and the headache you'll have to buy more medication for, avoid them.

The employees are all very friendly and willing to help you find what you need. The store manager is professional and helpful to solve my problems during checkout.
