I ordered a Dutch oven online for pickup and came to this particular location. The cashier helped me pick up my order, and then also proceeded to help me with an exchange as I noticed the original item was slightly damaged. They were super helpful and friendly despite me having issues with my pickup order. Grateful for the service they provided!

Went to world market for the first time today and the store had so many cool & unique things. But I am writing this review because of Taylor the woman who helped us was amazing and extremely nice and helpful. Iv never written a review before but her customer service was so great that i felt like i needed to write one.

I went in to purchase a fabulous couch at the Livingston location. I put it on hold and when I went to get it the next morning I went to pick it up but it was no longer there. Not to worry, Yvonne was BEYOND helpful to me in helping me get the couch online, adjust the shipping costs and get the items I did buy into my car. Total rockstar. Thank you Yvonne!!!

Weird place kind of cool though. Similar to Pier One. Has all kinds of candy but they are not cheap. I hated Pier One.

Nice simple layout, wysiwyg, easy to navigate, well stocked and organized. One or two folks ask if you need help or not which is nice just in case. Displays are a bit tight together to walk around but that's likely some corporate merchandiser decision not the stores. Only issue is check out. Yet another occasion they saved me money on an impulse purchase when I didn't find what I wanted but the register folks are tied to process and can't move forward, bogging one another down to help and manager or other folks also tied to process vs results and big picture frustrating general customer population of those checking out. Some accept their fate and stay but again merely an impulse so left it and continued on my day while they search for skus. That stinks, but if all goes well at the register and the scanner works for the item picked hurrah

Staff refused to honor the Easter egg prize because my sister (who lives at a different address) also found one. Nothing in the rules say only one winner per household/family. According to the rules, an individual can only win once, and family members of EMPLOYEES aren’t eligible

Store is clean and has cool gadgets. Staff are friendly but don’t seem to be too knowledgeable about what is going on in their store. Was told to pick up my order on Wednesday, came on Friday to be told it wasn’t in/still on the truck/etc. asked for an ETA so I could come back later if needed. Staff seemed like they were too busy to help. A simple “sorry for the inconvenience” would have been better than drawn out explanations. They did eventually locate the order, and I noticed they held it the wrong side up. Not the worst experience and in the past things moved pretty smoothly. Could be the holiday stress getting to employees but a little more organization especially around higher priced object would make customers feel more valued instead of like an annoyance.

Made an order online for a pick up. They packed a wrong item that is CHEAPER than what I ordered and I found out only on my way home. I live 40 minutes away from the store and planned my pick up specifically for when I will be in the area. Now, they are telling me I have to go back to resolve it, spend money on tolls, gas and my time to fix a mistake they made. I loved this store for a long time but won’t use it again. Feels like a SCAM
