Extremely pleasant and wonderful experience, from Liz and Jennifer. It's rare to see someone who cares so much, and who is so willing to be a guide through the process of purchasing. I just left feeling so great about my purchases. The store in general is wonderful, smells great (candles!) , and the layout is really unique. Thank you!

Sold me a defected item. Won’t take responsibility. Instead sends terse emails responding back “you can resell it”. This business owner doesn’t take her clients seriously, she only cares about herself; on the phone she was condescending and reluctant to admit fault.Beware of anything labeled 50% off— likely defected and they want to get rid of it.

Went in and was completely ignored by 2 saleswomen talking at desk. The store was quiet. I was shopping for jeans and had to come out of the dressing room myself to get different sizes. Never asked if I needed help. I shop at small stores for service. I expected better.

I called in and confirmed stock and then placed an order for a dress for my daughter online. Remy, one of the store founders--which I learnt from the website--helped me through on the phone and with the shipment. The email took a bit from them to get to me precisely because they attend to thins personally, versus having an automated system. I am thrilled to have found a place that curates their stock and actually talks to customers! Bravo!

There is nothing like shopping local for retail therapy. These words don’t begin to describe what Livingston long time women-owned business Complements 2 has to offer. From the moment you walk in the owner greets you and is there to offer her expertise, gently asking if you are shopping for anything particular. She has a wonderful way about her that is calm and not pushy, and is genuinely complementary (as in the store name) besides having great sense of style. Whenever I go in her store with empty hands I leave with more then shopping bags, I leave with a sense of renewal. I can’t wait to go home and try on my new pieces again and again! Boutique experiences aren’t always like the one at Compliments, she and her employees have a nice demeanor, and treat every customer like they are appreciative they have chosen to patron their store. I am proud to have a sophisticated, but also trend-setting, fashion forward store in my hometown where I don’t have to go anywhere else when I have either a special occasion or just want to shop for some add on pieces.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST! Perfectly curated options for all ages. Everyone couldn’t be nicer or more helpful (not salesy or too in your face.) They’re all honest about what looks good on me vs. what I should take off immediately (ha!) It’s also a family run business that’s been around for over 40 years and they’re simply the greatest people.

I love Complements Two! They offer some of the best lines in fashion (I previously worked in trend forecasting for 10 years for a large global retailer). I ordered FREE CITY sweatpants during quarantine & they arrived very quickly! While I have never visited the brick & mortar, since I live in a different state, the quick shipping, wonderful promos / deals and variety in product makes this store a new go-to in my online shipping line-up. Thank you for your very positive experience!
