If your branch is too busy and cannot serve more people, let them know instead of asking them coming back and forth and waiting for more than 1 hr. And eventually, you are still too busy. That is what I came across today with an offical appoitment with a banker! Hmm, some bankers really were busy... At least, I heard chitchat. If you have choice, go to another branch or bank!

This review is for the ATM machine specifically. We were to deposit checks which cannot be deposited via phone app due to large value. Drivethru ATM was down and someone wrote on the maintenance notice paper "FIX it" so I guess it's been a while... Then we went in store to check the ATM which was also down... This only starts to happen recently. jk but is Chase getting impacted by SVB bankruptcy so no money to fix their ATM machine???

The outside ATM has been broken for months with no ETA on the fix. Someone even wrote a note on the ATM’s sign. If you’re lucky, sometimes the ATM inside is working in the after hours. As of today (3/13/2023) the inside ATM is broken too.The company pulled in $100+ billion in revenue in 2022 alone and yet they still struggle to fix issues like this. Sad.

I ordered a new debit card and it did not come because it was locked but there is no way for me to unlock it online and the banker said I had to do it that way. So I am in a catch 22 about my bank card and will have to waste the time to go back to the bank.I just hate the phone number- I never got a real person at all.

Today I called the branch livingstone in NJ. So hard to someone live on the phone. It is to get President of the country. Worst telephone service. You keep pressing different buttons. Finally, it will see we are busy call back later.

Went to Livingston branch of Chase where I am holding the account for a signature verification, they denied to do it citing some weired policy and that was the only bank account I have. Treasury wants signature verification from financial institution. So bad service ?

Poor service there. they keep client waiting forever and are very arrogant. If you need better service, you can go to Wellsfargo or BOA. Avoid this bank!
