I usually love shopping at Charlotte Russe but today it was awful. My friend wanted to try something on and I was forced to stand outside of the dressing room because I had a purse with me, which is an understandable policy but the women was incredibly rude and demanding. When I asked for a changing room to be unlocked she didn’t even look up from her phone and brusquely told me to wait. After, when we were attempting to pay the same women told another customer to cut in front of us in line. When it was finally “our turn” to pay she left for a good few minutes to do who knows what. I wish I knew this women’s name because this isn’t acceptable service.

Due to covid I was not a able to try on a pair of jeans I had brought so the NEXT day I came back at 6:10 to see if I could just exchange them for the next size up. The gate was not all the way closed so I said excuse me can I quickly exchange this I was rudely given the response “WE ARE CLOSED!” as the sales lady then proceeded to look back down at her cell. The tags were still on the jeans and I had the receipt. I understand they were closed but the whole vibe of how she said it was very rushed and rude. Such a shame considering how friendly yesterday’s sales person was...

I love shopping here as a plus size person its nice to find a place where the same size apply for all there clothes tho when it comes to shirts they have very few i would by and the ones that are decently nice cost far too much and are not worth it, there dresses for plus size are very basic and generic looking not very flatering at all
