I've never had a bad experience here, it's great. The lines are never too long, I believe the longest I ever waited to speak to someone was 10 minutes. Not bad at all. And every time I go thru the drive thru, it's empty.

The worst customer service I have ever received. They indeed closing branches, Wire transfer can only be done online. I tried to wire, their system has problem, spent more than 90 minutes for the support, they created a problem ticket and that can take up to 30 days to respond, no guarantees if the issue can be resolved. Main office referring to Branch office, and Branch said, they cannot do the wire at the branch. So I have to wait 30 days for a wire, really? Asked to speak to manager, no manager onsite. Time to move on to another bank.

They close locations, understaffed the remaining and have horrible online banking. Mobile deposit said available next business day. After I deposited, I was told available a week later! Customers don't matter here!!

I rarely come here but I needed cash today and they seemed to be very low staff. 2 tellers working both the inside and drive through. Waited 15 mins and it made me late to my next appointment but nevertheless they need more staff.

Impossible to get anyone on the phone. A branch representative had called me and when I called back I couldn't reach them. I couldn't reach anyone. And I just deposited a fairly large sum at their branch. So for customer service,I'd give it a 2 out of 10.

Was just turned away from opening up a business account lol... I did everything online and was told to stop by a branch to continue opening the account. I walk into the dead branch just to be told I needed an appointment. Appointment for what, there's no one in your dead bank The representative had a stinky attitude so thank you. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. Your branches are closing down constantly anyway!
