Poor quality furniture for the price. $2700 upholstered bed frame. When they put it together, the guys building it must have realized the crossbeams that run across were an inch too short (whoever made it probably didn’t account for the extra width from the upholstery). Rather than tell us, they squeezed the wood as much as they could and drilled it with short wood screws providing a very temporary solution. Had it delivered in August and moved into the house in October. After a few months of use, we noticed the middle crossbeam kept falling down. It’s a beautiful bed but when assembled they did it in a way that you couldn’t possibly notice it was faulty until after the 3-day return window. We have end tables and dressers that are nice from Bassett. I recommend not getting anything upholstered from here and would probably recommend avoiding couches and beds. Would’ve been less money and headache to go somewhere else.

Horrible horrible horrible experience. Avoid purchasing anything from this location. The customer service is terrible and non existent. Upon delivering our very expensive custom selected bed frame someone from basset transferred blood all over our $13,000 tempur-pedic mattress and went above and beyond to deny it and pretend they were not currently and openly bleeding. Bassett store employees did a horrible job to address it. Said "well things happen". Do not give them any of your hard earned money. The worst part is that the employees also then tried to deny it. Seriously do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I recently bought a beautiful dining room table from Bassett and have nothing but great things to say about the table and the experience. Jodi went above and beyond with this purchase and even arranged after hours pick up. I've gotten so many compliments already on the table and couldn't be happier!!!

Unfortunately, Bassettt decided to discontinue the fabric (Pattern 2467, Color 15, Cleaning S) we were interested in using. This was done in the middle of a pandemic. Terrible!

I will never trust this store. We needed bedroom furniture for our new house and we’re told to pick from ‘in-stock’ options to ensure delivery within 4-6 weeks. We did that (although that limited our options) but here we are almost 10 weeks in with no sign of any delivery. What’s worse is the lack of accountability. We have had to call again and again to get the status always to end with a promise of ‘we will check with scheduling and call back’ which they don’t. They have managed to disappoint even before we have used their product - am bracing myself for the experience when we actually get the bed.

This is a zero star rating and if a more negative rating could be given that is what I would provide. The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered!! Paid for a $7000 outdoor couch that I was guaranteed would be delivered before labor day. They sent pieces from two different couches with the wrong connectors clearly in hopes that we would not inspect the couch. They delivered the wrong couch yet again and insisted that it was correct and have provided no satisfying remedy. The management staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional and the manager who came to my house refused to leave my premises despite my instruction to do so. At this price point, one would expect that they would do what is necessary to satisfy the customer, but that is not at all the case. BUYER BEWARE!! Stay away. Worst company ever.

Zero star rating. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Jodi is by far the most unprofessional, juvenile individual I have ever encountered. During the delivery of the second wrong couch, Jodi who was sent allegedly to rectify the situation, exacerbated matters by patronizing me and refusing to leave my property despite my instruction to do so. She repeated my statements in a mocking fashion as a toddler would. Rather than listening and attempting to find a solution, I was met with a defensive and combative salesperson and manager. One would expect after purchasing a $7000 outdoor couch that better customer service would be provided. This is clearly an example of NOT getting what you paid for. Buyer beware!!! Stay away!!

If I could give no stars I would. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. After paying and signing a contract, we were told our items would be coming MONTHS later than they initially quoted us and we were told to just get stuff from IKEA in the meantime. To make matters worse, our salesperson, Jodi, called us three days after we paid for our order and said we owed more money because she forgot to charge us for something. When I refused to pay for her mistake, I was threatened with my order being cancelled. When I spoke with Louis, the manager, he said Jodi denied even calling me at all and having that conversation.. even though I very clearly have a call from her on my phone.. Every time I spoke with them it was always about owing more money or maybe I should have bought my items somewhere else. Eventually, I became so tired of their shady and deceitful tactics, I cancelled my order and went to another Bassett where I got excellent customer service. Bassett furniture is very nice but this store is the absolute worst. I would never go near this store again and you shouldn’t either. Jodi is a pathetic excuse for a salesperson and Louis is a disgrace of a manger. Bassett corporate you should be taking a closer look at how this store does business. STAY AWAY!

My family and I had a fantastic experience here. Right from when we walked in, the sales associates were not all over us, which I greatly appreciated. Furniture shopping can be a stressful and sometimes uncomfortable experience, when you feel like you're prey being stalked. We were looking for a new sofa set for my parent's living room, and Stephanie helped us in many ways. She gave us her honest opinion on different sets and materials, pulled up a virtual blueprint so we could play with configurations, and the cherry on top was that she personally drove to our house with swatch samples so we could see what they would look like in our home!!! Normally Bassett will order the swatches with you, but they take a few days and we were trying to take advantage of a Black Friday sale. I was dreading going furniture shopping, but Stephanie totally eliminated that!

I recently purchased a large couch through Bassett. It was very expensive and I wanted to protect my purchase. Jodi was very helpful in designing my couch and she was also very helpful in convincing me to purchase the furniture warranty, especially because we had gotten a new dog. Well, my dog got to one of my cushions. When I called about the warranty I was suddenly told there is a no “Paws, Claws or Jaws” coverage. This is completely opposite of what I was told, otherwise I would not have purchased the warranty. Be very wary when dealing with the employees at this store....they are typical sales people...they’ll get you coming and going. Always read the fine print...lesson learned.

I was very pleased with sales experience. Our salesperson was extremely talented a very helpful. Unfortunately we are very disappointed in the quality of the fabric of the sofa and love seat we chose. In less than a year the fabric is pilling. When I called to get it replaced I was told that most fabrics do that and to purchase a fabric shaver. After spending over $10,000 with Bassett that was not the answer I was looking for.
