Absolute disaster here.... these ppl complain when your late, yet wheb youbare on time they have you waiting for over an hour and keep feeding you excuses as if you were some kind of idiot that lacked in common sense.... no sense of urgency and ZERO respect for other ppl time...... this is EXACTLY why ppl have no respect for the medical field.... absolute circus with no professionalism.....

Interesting that my previous review was taken down. Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center has gone way downhill in terms of patient care, and way uphill in billing snafus. Bad mammograms that they make you pay $$$$ to re-do, inaccurate and incomplete billing and insurance submission, and a staff who overall don't care about the patient anymore. Avoid at all costs.

Hakima Melton , Imee , Claudia , Dr Pathak and his crew were just wonderful to my mom . She was treated so good and cared for so well . They answer any questions , have amazing bed side manner , ease you when they see your nervous and have a sense of humor ! Humor is the best medicine

Andrew Sylvester needs too see patients 4 times Year and have 2 MRI a year, I think that's absurd!!!!!!

Update: 3 days later and no results. Was told 48 hours. Used to be same day. Horrendous.Don't book your mammo appt on a Wednesday. It's walk in day and you will wait forever to be seen. It's almost an hour now since my appt time. Other than that I have always a great experience here for my annual.

I have been going to this facility for years for my annual breast cancer screenings. This year, there was a snafu with my insurance carrier and confusion ensued about an outstanding balance. I told them I needed to contact my insurance carrier to figure out why there was an outstanding balance. Regardless, the other day I received a letter from a collection agency asking me for payment. Completely uncalled for since I had already contacted them and explained I needed to figure things out with my insurance. Considering I am a long term patient and have NEVER once missed any payments with them when I went for my breast cancer screenings, I am very disappointed they chose to treat me this way. I won't be going back to them again for my screenings.

I revisited Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) once again for physical therapy. Physical Therapist Victor Castaneda is the GREATEST at what he does!!! He is well educated thorough attentive caring compassionate and patient with not only me, but I observed him giving the same to his other clients. I applaud Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center (ACC) for keeping Victor Castaneda for the many years he has been a part of this health organization!! Kudos Victor for caring for and enjoying your profession!!!

My experience at the CORC at Barnabas Medical Center was fantastic. My therapist.Sonali Lalwani was very thorough and was able to completely help with my issues. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Sonali is an excellent vestibular physical therapist .She is informative, compassionate and supportive. One day when I called with a concern it was her day off. She returned my call from home which was very considerate and reassuring.

My experience at the ACC has been very positive. The equipment is first rate and constantly being cleaned by the staff. Therapist Amanda Yau explains the the treatments and their value. She provides me with exercises I can follow up at home to continue my therapy.

I did MRI there last week. The staff was very nice and professional! Linda, Laura, Katherin, and Gianna are the best!
