I've had nothing but a positive experience so far with Affiliated Management. The staff provides excellent service and any issue is taken care of in a timely fashion. I would recommend the properties to anyone looking.

I work for and reside in one of Affiliated Management’s properties and my experience over the 20+ years of my stay has been overwhelmingly positive. If at any time there is an inconvenience, aid is immediately dispatched to remedy the problem and find a solution. Whatever it may be, there is typically a solution found, addressed, and executed within a timely manner. As an employee and as a tenant, I have undergone and followed the protocols Affiliated Management enforces. These protocols are fair, balanced, and efficient for both the employee, and the tenant. The helpful staff provides cooperative, obliging, and considerate support, all while conferring efficient and professional work. In my experience working with Affiliated Management, they have shown me nothing but kindness. The people at Affiliated understand personal matters and accommodate with above and beyond compassionate measures, which is an oddity in today’s business world.

Been living in a Affiliated property for over 3 years now and it has been nothing but an amazing experience. Whenever I’ve needed help, the super/management has been right there for me. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for an apartment that they are really trying to settle into and feel at home.

Affiliated Management is one of the best property management firm. The principals, their managers and office staff are very professional, hard working and dedicated. It has been a pleasure working with the firm for over 10 years.

Affiliated Management properties are one of the best out there. Appartments are constantly being renovated and updated with laundry rooms. All of the management and staff are a pleasure to work with and are such hard working people.

Had a few problems with rodents and with late fee, but property manager was nice enough to reach out and extend a courtesy to address these problems. Very hard financially lately, so the courtesy was appreciated.However, I'm a little worried about possible security breach, so moved my savings that was connected to my checking account as a precaution, but so far no suspicious activity in my account. Good that affiliated management informed its tenants about this via letter.

I called the affiliated management office and was talked down to as if i was a child, im still in disbelief just how condescending the women was.

Greedy, extremely greedy. Many things break, but fixed with very cheaply made materials. Example: 2 door knobs broke and replaced. One of those replaced door knobs broke AGAIN already. Walls peeling after 2 years of living here. Invest in some decent paint, stop jacking up our rent, and perhaps treat your tenants like human beings.

think of rats, bad neighbors, mosquitos, constant noise and the worst place to live..... management is a just a bunch of liars, unprofessionals and thieves.. the apartments are old, smelly, trashy and parking is horrible... lack of professionalism responsibility etc is what characterizes them.Laundry rooms are horrible, with spiders and rats. The electric poles are about to fall off and during windy days they zap as all wires shake and spark (go take a look yourself if you'd like.) a horror scene.. stay away!

The worst horrible disgusting management ever.The lies and deceitfulness, that you have to endure in this facility is unbelievable.From the so call super and property manager of mace realty location.I have water damage in my bedroom for the past 2weeks. Where the ceiling let loose, and came apart on my bed and pillows from the rains they had back then. So I have water log damages, and was told that they do not compensate for damages done to tenants property. Due to the lack of responsibility from management.Brought to the supers attention before it ever happen. And it went on deaf ears!Super disappointed the way management has handle this situation. And the property manager, turns around and shift the blame on the tenant.Where as, my rent money is what pays their salaries when the time comes for them to get pay.A huge disappointment with this organization.Been living here for the past 12years, and had to deal with this. Sigh!

Just moved in. 2 A/Cs look about 20 years old. The filters have holes in them, and one of the knobs is falling off. The super claims with a straight face they are just a few years old. And the owner wouldn't even speak to me.
