Elm Court in Kearny, NJ. Great Place to live... Building Manager does a Great Job in Keeping the Building in Great Condition. Cleaning, Painting when needed and Helping the Tenants. I had a problem in the apartment and Building Manager took care of problem within alittle time it was Done... Going on 4 years here..Great Place to Live

UPDATE! It has now almost at the 4 month mark and this terrible management company has not touched a brick! This is the most incompetence I have witnessed, my bldg is starting to look like the projects, the Bldg mgr. hasnt been back in 2 months. I have 3 walls leaking rain into my apt. every storm since December 19, 2023, 3 months later this company has done zero besides fly a drone around to address this obviously compromised wall affect 3 floors/multiple units... Worst Property management and I wouldnt rent from them again. last snowstorm the property manager Vincent told me its only going to snow... ok weatherman what happens when the snow melts? I know i get a stream of water running into my living room, dining room and bedroom... If this was his home it would be fixed in weeks... I am now getting lawyers to represent the tenants here that are affected by this terrible property management.... call the Office? They put me to Vincent,s voicemail, useless PM... Getting a lawyer is more like the answer... Withholding rent into an escrow acct. is next step...

I moved from New York to Towne mews four years ago with my family. I love the complex. My apartment is on the first floor, and it makes it so convenient for me to let my kids play outside. The apartment is in great condition and there is maintenance on site. It's so amazing to have a parking spot and a laundry facility all in the same place, and there are 3 laundry rooms on the property. It's walking distance to many shops. This is a great place to rent from if you are considering moving. I love the outdoor and it makes me feel at easy to let my kids play in a safe place. The landscaping is well maintained, and it gives the property a great look. Well deserved 5 Star rating

I have been a resident of Affiliated Management for 15 years. The property is kept well and atmosphere is wonderful! We get all four seasons, my neighbors are friendly and everyone helps when we get a snow storm here in the northeast! That's a plus! The town home has all the conveniences I need and close to grocery stores, shopping, Dunkin and many other's. There is a bus stop on the next street over if you don't drive. They are still building in the area and we are getting a Wawa, Aldi's grocery store and a car wash within 1 mile of us! Great news for everyone in our area.They have nice amenities such as a dog walk, which I love and love the assigned parking spaces for each home is allowed. Check it out and see for yourself. Prices are higher then ever now and you do get good service from the maintenance men and office manager. They get your request done the same day you call it in. I couldn't be happier! Had been a tenant at one of Affiliated Management's buildings in Madison. Beautiful apartment, grounds were always the best kept of any complexes I've seen. Very responsive to any issues that might arise both on property and at the home office. highly recommended! They way apartment living should be.

Before I moved out of state I lived in 3 different Affiliated properties. They are a terrific and professional management company. My apartments always looked great and modern and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

182 Ashland ave Bloomfield has not have heat for 2 weeks it’s been 62 degrees in my apt Bern to urgent care twice for my asthma and sinus ! They say it’s my radiator ? So fix it ??♀️I pay my rent on time ! This is unacceptable and keeping all my temperature recording !

I've been living in Elm Court for around six months, and I have to say: the building is in extremely good condition given its age. It constantly warrants remarks from family/friends when they come over to visit or drop me off. The superintendent, Al, is the nicest guy in the world, and he is constantly vacuuming/sweeping. It's truly a pleasure to live here, which is more than I can say for other apartment buildings in Kearny. The bedroom ceiling in my last apartment (not owned by Affiliated Management) collapsed several times before they finally allowed me to break my lease. I can't speak for other properties owned by Affiliated Management, but Elm Court is a great and very affordable place to live. And the building has character! Take a drive by sometime and see what I'm talking about...

I have been with affiliated management for over 2 years now. I have been very pleased with my time here. Beautiful and spacious apartments. Walking distance from the sea streak and many other enjoyable places in town. Problems are fixed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend.

Park Terrace Gardens is a beautiful place to live . Excellent management and maintenance . Very quiet place close to everything.
