Worst customer service. They damaged a dress I wore for only 2 hours and refused to do anything to try and make it right.They actually tried to take the dress away from me, which didn’t make sense to me.Always had sub par cleaning service but continued to use them because of convenience and low prices, but you get what you pay for.Will never use them again.

Honestly surprised by the negative reviews. Newer to the area, have tried a few dry cleaning spots and this is the best one with reasonable prices and good turnaround times. Have also gotten alterations done. Great hardworking family as well.

I'm surprised with mostly negative reviews. I've been a customer pretty much since they opened, and never had any big issues with them. A couple of items were not cleaned to my standards, but some stains might be just not possible to remove. In general these cleaners are fast, have good customer service, very decent prices, and their tailor knows what she does. Maybe not overly sweet, but definitely very reliable.

They literally wanted to hold a pair of pants hostage.. didn’t do the work.. i was like are you kidding me? I told her I’d call the cops if she didn’t give me my pants. Oh, she gave them back alright.. The worst place.. rip off artist and when I picked up my jeans THAT WERE ALTERED WRONG, there was all this left over string and thread all over the pants..Charged me 15 then said it was 18.The worst place.. 0 stars..Service: Alterations

They do a good job for both laundry and dry cleaning, at the right price. They do alterations too. The staff are friendly.

OMG~!!! Great Price~!!!! I am happy with quality of the job. Crisp shirts and my stain was gone. I recently moved from California and price difference are $$$ I love this place. My husband's shirts were painful to press it. My problem is gone lol

The service was very worst in this place. Shirts and pants were never cleaned and they simply press them without cleaning, most of the time didn't realize until wear them. The response was very rude when I reached out them and it happened multiple times.Also I have given my suit pant for an alteration, the tailor (Veronica) who seem does not have any knowledge of tailoring and ruin my pant totally. She charged $57 for this alteration and she asked more money when I pointed out the mess she did it, and the store manager Tom (seems Korean) behaved very ruthless, rude and nasty. they don't value customer satisfaction ....very worst customer service
