The people are nice. But frequently certain shelves are bare, which is frustrating. And the selection overall is limited.

I had an entire cart full of groceries with no check stands open and was told I had no choice but to self-check out, which I usually don't mind but I had a lot of items. After scanning 50+ items the machine broke while I was trying to pay...15 minutes of someone trying to fix the machine, groceries melting, etc, I walked out without my groceries. I'm done with this store. I only go there for convenience but no more. I've been a customer for 25 years and I will now be going to ShopRite from now on, even though it's further away. I've never been happy with ACME. They never have enough check-stands open (or none at all) and the food is often expired, horrible selection, sale prices don't show up. Just an overall bad experience many times.

Their sale prices are good, their regular prices are ridiculous. The JustforU deals are good. Prices NEVER NEVER ring up correctly so watch your cashier as your order is being rung up!! And sometimes there's no one at the "courtesy" desk and if there is they're busy and not always friendly.

I will never go back to this store!!! they had a sign buy 3 types of berries for $10.00 but it was few days old. All other stores always honor if they forget to take down the promotion. Store manager is not a nice person, she should learn some kindness!!

Train your employees! There is no law requiring masks! Your employees have no right making comments to customer about masks. Train them better on the executive order you are enforcing or better yet tell them to stick to doing their menial jobs and to mind their own Business! The Executive Order states: Require workers and customers to wear cloth face coverings while on the premises, except where doing so would inhibit that individual's health or where the individual is under two years of age... Where an individual declines to wear a face covering on store premises due to a medical condition that inhibits such usage, neither the essential retail business nor its staff shall require the individual to produce medical documentation verifying the stated condition. You are in violation of the Executive Order and a complaint to the State government will be filed.

Tiny, small, cramped supermarket. Not a huge selection. Better off going to Shop Rite.
