Thank you to the new postmaster. Things have really shaped up. It's getting a 4 star bc I can't hold my mail here anymore, I have to go to Red Bank. It's odd . . . But very helpful when I go in.

Today, Saturday, October 23rd, 2021, between 11:50AM and 12:00PM I entered the post office located at 20 Church St, Little Silver, NJ 07739. My mailbox key was not working so I asked the clerk for help. This "clerk" was not wearing a uniform and to be quite honest, resembled someone who appeared to be suffering from drug abuse addiction or hung over from alcohol. I say this with respect and only to communicate the situation clearly. The clerk went to the mailbox number, I stated, and yelled, in front of two other individuals, "you only got bulls*it in your box." I replied, well it is my bullsh** and I want it please." At this moment the time reached 12PM exactly when the post office closes. With me, and two elderly ladies remaining she flickers the light switch on and off and yells "get the fuc* out its closing time." Shocked beyond belief I turn to her and call her rude. She then replies, "I wasn't talking to your d*** a** but to the white lady, but I will tell you now to get the fuc* out!" I just could not believe what was happening. Finally, she announces, "my name is Jasmine and make a fuc*ing complaint if you want everyone else does and nothin gonna happen to me." I ran to my car in fear for my life and called the nearest post office located in Rumson NJ and asked to speak with a supervisor. A very nice lady answered the telephone and took my message. This person who identified herself as "Jasmine" should not be working with the public. If she attacks anyone at least we can say we informed the post office.

The employees at this location clearly run the show. They like to take a fake 20 minute break toward the end of the day and then never come back. I've run into the issue on 4 separate occasions over the last couple months. So if you're cutting it close, don't go here until someone in management wakes up and stops this from happening.

I sent a package to a friend from my home in Florida to Little Silver, NJ. I do not know which ignorant postal person did the following, they stuffed the envelope that had a bubble filling, which was 7 x 8, in the mail box to the bottom splitting it in half exposing the gift. This person is an idiot and I do not know which office he or she came from but you people should re-train your workers. My friend in Little Silver told me what happened. Your hiring standards are questionable.

The employees at the Little Silver Post Office are very nice and try hard to please postal customers. The Red Bank PO does the delivery, so any complaints about delivery are not the fault of the Little Silver PO.

Dilapidated and expensive. Be prepared to be gouged lest you forget your own packaging materials. Facility is heavily deteriorated and very dirty. USPS status quo.

This PO locks the front door way before it is scheduled to be closed so if you are cutting it close you may be disappointed!
