Amazing service! I had a pair of boots that were missing both heel caps, and I had to attend a funeral in PA. As busy as they were, they were fixed within a few hours and we were on our way.They sell Birks!

Cannot believe the work and expertise that went into repairing my boots. I purchased them second hand after searching for a long time for a the perfect knee high boot. They were damaged and he truly fixed them and made them mine!Please see the before and after pictures.

It took over three weeks for my sandal to be repaired. All it needed was to have a broken toe loop reattached. The owner was on the phone when I arrived and took the shoe and entered my phone number in his computer without ending his phone call. He said he'd call me when it was ready. I called him three times after waiting two weeks for a call back. He never returned my call or texted me as to when I could pick up my shoe. His store opens at 10 am, according to his sign; I was in the area and stopped by around 11 am one morning, and he had a sign up that he would be back in an hour. I tried one more time a week later and finally got him on the phone. He said to pick up the shoe anytime that week, but when I told him I needed a specific day and time, he said he wasn't sure if he would be in then. I told him that I didn't live nearby and pressed him for an appointment, and finally got a set date. I picked up my shoe and had to pay $20 for this very minor repair.

You have that favorite shoe boot sandal you cant find another? Do you have such tiny feet only one store carries a womans adult shoe and they now closed for good. Worn out scratched up dont throw away. See joe at this store he has made my life and my daughters life hopeful again. I been going to sole solution when i first landed in the shore area. Over time i lost touch recently googled local shoe repair expecting to find a store i just saw Sole Solution was number 1 on google. I called that second on a friday 5 min to close. Joe waited for me took my size fpur sandal and casual wear shoe and restored them to 100% perfection. Amazing! I never seen such great work. I had to say wait til she comes home we have 300 more to work on. This is not an exageration...im not family or freind. I witness my daughters happiness and the best yet is she doesnt have to break in a new pair. By the way" use buckles" if your shoe was intended to slip on they would have put elastic in stead" advice from a foot expert! Shouldnt he not have said any thing...said you will never need a repair only a cleaning. Go see Joe at Sole Solution

Lifelong local who has purchased 5 pairs of Birkenstocks here over the years. I've highly recommended in the past but never again. Oct '21 stop in with a pair of higher end men's Birks sandals for repair. Joe greets me unmasked & proudly states he's unvaccinated. I'm masked & vaxxed & disappointedly figure let me just drop these off & get out of here. Joe examines the sandals & tells me it will be $80 to completely rebuild them. He says they'll be better than new. I know new ones will be $110-140 for that model & decide great go ahead. Return today to pick them up he's unmasked & can't find ticket. I identify them on the rack, he says that'll be $110 cash or check only. I remind him his $80 quote & he gives me some pretty poor & actually illogical excuses but I explain I will return in 10mins with cash. I return in 15 to him chatting with an elderly friend both unmasked. I say excuse me after waiting more than 5mins while they discuss "going to the club" & place the $110 on the counter & ask for the sandals. He now says it's $115!!! I took the sandals off the counter & told him if he wants another $5 he can call the police. On the way out the door I told him he's nothing but a cheap conman. Warning-Do Not Give Him Anything

I brought in a pair of incredibly beat up 10 year old boots. The soles, the insides - pretty much everything was destroyed. They were dried out and unwearable. Overall really happy with the way they turned out and will be bringing these restored boots back to Sole Solution for regular shine and repair - thank you!

I brought in a vintage Gucci bag from the 80s that was VERY beat up. I had asked if the broken strap could be fixed. Joe went above and beyond. He not only fixed the strap, but he made the bag look brand new! The craftsmanship and time that he put in was so appreciated. I wish I had a before photo to share. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Cannot thank Joe enough for his beautiful work! Highly recommend!!!
