To say going to Fresh Personal Training has been life changing would be an understatement! What I thought was going to be an attempt to get in shape has been so much more. Sam is an amazing trainer who knows when to push while understanding your abilities. I have seen a significant change over the past 8 months at Fresh in both my physical appearance but also a change in my mobility and overall wellness. In additions to working out, Fresh has totally changed my mindset about food choices and encouraged me to live an overall healthy lifestyle that is realistic for me to achieve. Fresh has a very welcoming atmosphere for all levels of fitness and many members of the Fresh staff now feel like family.

I wanted to get back into the gym with the help of a personal trainer and came across Fresh PT, very glad I did as it was a great find. I have been training with Jake for the past 4 months and have seen a ton of personal improvement. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and I get a workout that challenges me every time while learning quite a bit about why we are doing various exercises. He's also very encouraging during the workouts and I would highly recommend him as a trainer.Rob (the owner) was usually around and always very nice. Give them a try you won’t regret it.

As someone who has never worked with a personal trainer before- I was a little apprehensive going into a setting that I was not familiar with. Rob and the rest of his team made sure I felt so comfortable, and really got to know all of my problem areas when it came to working out. I have recently been working out with TJ, who not only has a great personality- but takes his profession seriously. He is very knowledgeable in his field, and has been able to show me a variety of ways to do workouts to ensure my safety. I would recommend Fresh Personal Training to anyone looking for a fun, inviting, and energetic atmosphere!

I’ve been training with Cate for about 6 months. Before that, my daughter has been training with her for years. I had a hemorrhagic stroke in 2020, and when I finished therapy, I started seeing Cate. Cate has been patient with me as I have gotten stronger. And I have gotten stronger! She knows how to push me and when I need a break. I can say that her help has been instrumental in my success. I’ve lost weight. I got on the scale and I was amazed that it told me that I was the same weight as high school when I played football. I look forward to working out with her, and even when I work out at home Cate has given me strategies that I use by myself. I can honestly say that working with Cate has been a life changing experience.

Fresh personal training has changed my life in many different ways. Not only for my body but for also gaining new likeminded healthy and positive friends along the way. Rob and his staff are great at their craft and clearly enjoy helping people reach their fitness goals. Special thanks to my trainer TJ for all the hard work he’s put in for me. The attention to detail in my strong and weak areas is second too none. Can’t wait for my next session……!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE Fresh Personal Training! All the trainers have been incredibly kind and encouraging. They push you when you need to be pushed but understand your limits. They are personable, great conversationalists, and hard workers! I couldn’t recommend Fresh Personal Training more!

Rob and his talented team of professional trainers are the best! They are so approachable and accommodating, not to mention super knowledgeable. They really take the time to construct a workout plan that suits the individual, and are very patient when guiding the client through the exercises and answering questions about the benefits of each movement. I only wish I had time to go more often!

I could write pages of good things to say about Fresh. All of the trainers are so nice and dedicated to helping you reach your goals. I had TJ for 5 sessions, who took everything I said to him, including which muscles I wanted to improve, into consideration. The facility is very clean and well kept, and nice to work out in. Will most certainly be returning when I come back home after college!

The entire Fresh team is amazing. But I have to say Cate & Brandon Pincus are the best trainers! They listen to your needs and provide top notch personalized workouts. Our whole family (Mom, Dad, & 2 teenagers) now train with both Cate & Brandon. We are enjoying a healthier lifestyle thanks to their talents, encouragement and motivation!

I'm running my first marathon in November and wanted to add targeted strength to my training. the intro rate @ Fresh was too good to pass up - after only a few weeks I am already noticing a difference. I feel stronger, but also notice a big difference in my runs - my miles are faster and easier than they have been in *years*. I'm super excited to purchase more sessions and know they'll be a huge part of me crossing the finish line in November!

I have to say I am very intimidated by these environments and now thanks to Fresh that's over! I am thrilled with my trainer Brandon who is patient and customizes awesome workouts and listens to what you are trying to accomplish.The music is great too!Just resigned for a bunch of sessions.Give it a try....you don'y know what you are missing!

Fresh Personal Training helped me get my body back after my last two babies. They are friendly and truly care about your development. My trainer is PERFECT for me and the owner Rob is so supportive. It feels like a family there. We know about each other's kids and truly care about each other. That may sound cheesy but when you are trying to accomplish goals and better yourself physically who you are surrounded by absolutely matters. I have been going there since my 5 year old was 12 months old and have nothing but great things to say!
