“I had an excellent experience with Interstate Electronics. I had visited them over the years for audio video remote control needs. I was in the market for Polywood outdoor furniture last year. They are one of the few Polywood resellers in NJ. At this point they dis not have a Polywood showroom so I visited a different store by LBI to sit and test the furniture. I priced out what I wanted at both stores and Interstate came out far less and included free delivery. I received recommendations on colors and instructions to clean as every person in the store owns this furniture themselves. Great find, great people.”
“John at Aerus is the best to work with. Not only does he sell great vacuums, but he offers the best customer service. I have been a long time user of Electrolux/Aerus vacuums. They are the only vacuum that I will use. The attachments make the canister vacuum the perfect model to keep my home, (and car), clean. John knows what it takes to run a business with integrity and honesty. Those traits are seldom seen in most businesses today. “I feel compelled to add my 2 cents here. I cannot understand the poor reviews at this Verizon location. We happened to stop in coming all the way from Red Bank and found the service and professionalism to be outstanding. Ironically, we probably passed 5 or 6 other closer Verizon locations on the way there. We worked with Henry. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. The two of us were coming from two separate accounts with me changing carriers and both getting new phones. The service Henry provided was beyond compare. We were back again to ask some questions and once again he was just the best. We really enjoyed working with him. Also, kudos to Verizon for acknowledging the veterans in their employ. Well deserved recognition!”

Within a few hours someone was at the office evaluating the issue. They did a thorough diagnostic evaluation and helped me resolve the issue very quickly. “The place is located in the North side of 35, go past the Costco and pay attention to the entrance.It's a typical store, go in, sign in and wait.It was black Friday and I needed to set up my phone. Quick story, two years ago my very expensive smart phone died. So I bought a $90 Motorola. It was great. I "upgraded" to a Revvl 6pro 5g, something like that and it's fantastic. Anyway, I'm not bright and couldn't set up my phone.The place was mobbed and I wish I brought food. A T Mobile representative told me to please be patient. I called my wife to see if food could be delivered to the store. The guy called me up, they had about 12 representatives on the floor and in five minutes I was out.No hard selling. Guy was like this phone's great, you will love it (I do). I like the place and never had a bad experience. My daughter who is in her 20s loves it too.”
“Wonderful experience all around. No appointment, I just walked in on a Sunday an hour before closing and was lucky to receive service from Chris. He gave me a warm welcome, analyzed what I needed, and delivered an amazing experience. Had me in and out within 25-30 minutes (upgrading phone). Not only that, I ended up leaving my phone bag there, so the next day I called in asking about it. Steve picked up my call instantaneously and was able to locate it. He confirmed I can pick up whenever I can carve out the time. Only doing business with this store from this day forward. Highly recommend, 5/5 ⭐️”

“We finally got around to buying new phones. Decided to try Consumer Cellular switching out of ATT. We ordered the new phones on Cellular's website. Our new S23 phones arrived in only a couple of days.We went down to the Ocean, NJ store that has dedicated cell phone department. A very nice young gal, named Omarian, helped us with the transfer from old to new phones. She had to download an app to our old phones to do the switch. No problem and she had transferred everything from both phones in about an hour, maybe a little more but the process was very smooth and we are completely happy. Everything, including passwords, contacts & apps were transferred and honestly, we've had no issues. This young gal had the patience of a saint bc we were really nervous about getting new phones and transferring everything. What she didnt know, she called CC to get more info. Everything went without a hitch and we would definitely recommend using Target to buy a new phone.”

“The guy on the late shift is really nice! He gave me some free extra buffalo wings with my pizza for no extra charge without me even asking! I've always liked this particular 7-Eleven for some reason, idk why, and I'm happy to see my convictions confirmed! I'd personally recommend this particular 7-Eleven over the one not a couple miles away down at 1100 River Road, the staff there are not nearly as friendly or nice as the staff at this location! Recommended with high compliments!”

“I have been coming to this location every day for the past 3 months. There is an outstanding employee by the name of Sammy who every time I come in, greets every customer with a smile and a heartfelt how are you although she is efficiently performing at least three task. I have worked in sales and retail for many years and have never seen an employee more capable of multitasking. She is literally doing the job of three employees at once and deserves to be recognized. In her humble professionalism she says a simple thank you is enough, but I think she deserves a raise or some sort of public recognition for her outstanding performance. I would argue she is the sole reason this establishment is running at a five-star level!”
