I could talk about the gross incompetence of failing to diagnose an about to expire battery, the unethical and unprofessional approach of trying to bully me into replacing brakes that were proven by other mechanics to be perfectly fine, or the mismanagement of labor time while working on the sunroof that gave me the impossible choice of paying $2,000 and not having a working sunroof, or the $3,000 to actually fix it (I gave in after being assured it was the only choice to complete the job). What bothered me the most was the complete lack of care or interest in my satisfaction as a customer. With the exception of the woman at the reception desk of the Service Center, there was no one there who cared about anything related to customer service. Questions on site were met with blank stares, communications during the service process were initiated solely by myself, with the service rep keeping me in the dark throughout, only to surprise me at the end with a sheepish "I guess it took a little longer than I thought it would." When I lodged these complaints on their website, I was contacted by Donnie via voicemail who assured me he was very concerned. Any hope of basic customer service was quickly dashed by his lack of ability to directly connect with me. Any calls he made were only responses to my calls throughout the 3 days of our game of phone tag. He never made connecting with me a priority. The bottom line: THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. Go anywhere else, work with anyone else, rather than Contemporary. If you HAVE to go, get another diagnosis (or two). If I hadn't, I would have been riding around on a $1,000 brake job with a battery that was about to fail. Please don't let this happen to you.
....and in response to the reply- I typed in my review that Donnie reached out, just underlined the point that he never talked to me directly, nor made it a priority to speak to a clearly disgruntled customer. If you were really concerned, you would call me (you have my number), not suggest that I call you. Thanks for making my point.

This dealership has nothing but a beautiful inventory and the nicest people ever. Mario was nothing but helpful during the entire sales process. Todd the finance manager was extremely knowledgeable in explaining all the different packages and extras they had. A very friendly and warm atmosphere that makes you feel at home and like family. Can't wait to get my next car here.

Awesome huge showroom with fabulous art every, awesome vehicles and friendly staff. Victor and Rob are just great. They are knowledgeable and helped to get the vehicle you want. My wife and I had a pleasant experience instead of the negativity and hesitation one usually feels when car-shopping. This is our new place to go when we need a vehicle.

I finally found the right dealership. My service advisor way Guy, I drove to Little Silver, NJ from Brooklyn NY because my vehicle navigation had been in and out of the Bklyn service shop for 2 years, and it still didn't work. It works now, and I will forever go to this dealership for all my service needs, it is well worth the drive. Thank you Guy!

Charlie and his team made all the difference with regard to where we bought our new vehicle. Amazing experience from Contemporary from sales to service to meeting the owner. A Big Thank You to Michael Taylor. We just took delivery of our 2022 Mercedes Sprinter Limousine that was not even purchased form Contemporary but a Limousine Builder in PA. I called Contemporary to discuss a few issue that I had questions about and Michael got us in as soon as he could and his team fixed the issues with all the codes. The Builder cut a few wires and did not reconnect the proper wiring after the limousine built out was complete. Everything is perfect !!

It is imperative to articulate that a comprehensive review is warranted in light of the following circumstances. Caution is advised when dealing with the dealership in question, as their practices seem to exploit the enthusiasm of first-time lessees. Regrettably, I was denied the opportunity to thoroughly examine the terms prior to committing. The intermediary who guided me to the establishment further emphasized their propensity for capitalizing on unsuspecting individuals.My attempt to obtain a pre-arrival copy of the lease was met with claims of systemic malfunction. Upon reaching the premises, I was subjected to a hurried process and an inability to peruse the contractual terms at my own pace. Although I expressed my desire to review the documentation, the dealership maintained that a physical copy could not be provided due to system malfunctions, coercing me to sign without due diligence. In summary, my primary concern was to ascertain the termination clauses within the lease agreement. It came to my attention that section 5, pertaining to the "Refundable Security Deposit," remained marked as "N/A," a clear deviation from our initial accord. The agreed-upon sum of $5,000 for the security deposit was notably absent. Evidently, these circumstances suggest a duplicitous scheme orchestrated by the dealership, warranting immediate attention and potential reporting.

I have no idea what troglodytes get the keys to the vans here but whoever was driving this van was driving so aggressively behind and around me I almost called the cops. They were tailgating me, swerving around, and flashing lights at me in TRAFFIC. I WISH I could’ve gotten out of the way but there was NOWHERE TO GO. Imagine my face when I saw it was a company van. Find better help, can’t be worse than this psycho.
