“My branch is in Highlands, NJ, but I found a charge in my account I didn't recognize, so they wanted to cancel my bank card. This usually takes about 5 days to get a new card, but the gentleman at the bank on the phone from the banks 800 # named Dan let me know that at the Valley bank in Little Silver NJ, they could issue me another bank card and shred the old one. I called the Little Silver bank to make sure the card machine was working, I spoke to Joe, which I knew that previously worked in my branch. Seedless to say, I went there and he took great care of me. Hooked me up with a new card and shredded the old one. I have been banking with Valley for 13 years, and I love it! Everyone is so compassionate, always! Thank you Valley ?”

“Somewhat pleased with Wells Fargo after opening an account here. Besides the hidden fees which slowly drain your bank account (especially that of a student's), the service is effective. Wait times at this location can be somewhat long, especially when you need to speak to a banker.”

“I can’t begin to say how appreciative I am of the Little Silver, NJ Kearny Bank.I have a challenge I was born with ~ Dyscalculia ~ which makes any kind of banking or related record-keeping impossible for me understand easily. Thus, I take extra time, have to have things repeated, etc.The whole staff was so kind! And, Lauren, the Assistant Manager, and Pat, the Bank Manager, were both exceptionally competent, patient, and efficient. Banking at this community-based bank is a complete revelation for which I am very grateful!”
