Terrible, terrible experience this afternoon. I went into the store to make a bank deposit at the register and then make a separate cash purchase for items from the store. I had two separate piles of money on the counter, one to deposit and one to pay for my items. The individual at the register, a young man, incorrectly charged my deposit for the transaction, which made my deposit incorrect. Rather than refunding my purchase to correct the situation, the manager came up and proceeded to berate me telling me I did not tell him that it was a separate purchase when clearly I had 2 piles of money on the counter. After arguing with me for a few minutes he took the cup I brought in to buy ice and threw it away and stole my personal cup.
It was embarrassing to be spoken to like that in front of other customers when easily the problem could have been corrected or at least a simple apology for the mistake on the employee.

It is an unpleasant place, if you travel far do not stop there in that store, there is no bathroom and bad service !

They are so rude and their coffee was cold n food was old and the manager is so rude n giving food using his dirty hand without wearing gloves.. never go to the store again and I felt like they r being racist.. 7-11 should take their Frenchise down from them..

Rude staff follow around store and stare also bought a hot chocolate and it was cold from machine instead of being hott.

Store is on the dirty side. Slurpee machines are constantly out of order. Not what I expect from a Little Silver establishment.
