If your skin complexion isn’t light don’t come here. Me and my brother waited for over 45 minutes to open a joint account, as they helped everyone else but us we waited and waited still nothing, when your a person of color they act like they don’t see you trying to get their attention, one heavy set lady was suppose to ask someone to help us instead she proceed to help others, and I bet you can guess which skin complexion I mean by others. This is a damn shame. We waited patiently and respectfully just as everyone else did but I guess because we’re people of color our service don’t matter as much, not to mention we’re in a town full of mostly light skinned people. If your white this the perfect bank for you, otherwise stay far away!!!

I never in my 12 years of banking with Wells Fargo experienced such racism, disrespect and profiling in my life. This Branch in Little ferry showed no character nor the famous quote Henry Wells said back in 1864 "courtesy". They made me go through this extensive security check and procedures just to tell me that they could not verify my check and to say my check can possibly be fake. Not to mention I had a 14 day hold that already verified it being real. Also I went to two other Wells Fargo banks eariler with no issue to Withdraw money. Than the bank manager asked me why do I need the money is someone threatening you. Is this even your money. Never in my life has this ever happen to me I'm in such disgust and utterly embarrassed. The two people responsible for today are Ryan C Sullivan and Madhavi. These two individuals are incapable of doing there job. Note to all DO NOT GO to Little Ferry branch being a African American

I had a problem with my WF account, after going to three different branches with the same problem, no one was able to solve it except the branch manager here, Ryan Sullivan. Ryan came to the rescue and resolved the issue very efficiently and quickly. Thanks Ryan!

I had an appointment today to set up a business account with VALERIE BATISTA. What a complete idiot! Both her and her manager are wasted space at this location. I have banked with Wells Fargo for years even when it use to be called Wachovia and never in my life heard you couldn't open an account with a valid temp id. They didn't even make the attempt to look at the id which has a picture, address, everything the real Id would have. I never encountered bankers that don't want to do their jobs. Just pure laziness ! You mean to tell me my temp license is good everywhere else but this specific bank location? I made another appointment at ANOTHER BANK LOCATION. NO ISSUES. MORAL OF THE STORY IS IF YOU HATE working at a bank making struggle money quit!

Terrible bank that has terrible communication! I called the bank because I needed a paper notarized (Due to Covid you have to call and make an appointment). Besides the fact that it took them more than 10 min to pick up, somebody finally answered. The teller told me to leave my name and number and that they would call me back. They never did. So I went in person the next day to see if I could see the notary and they made me do the same thing, write my name and number down. I explained to the teller that they made me do this the day before and that nobody called me back. The teller told me she would make sure that the notary would receive my name and number. Once again, they never called me. I ended up calling another Wells Fargo, where they picked up in literally 5 seconds and scheduled an appointment for me to see the notary. It took a total of 2 min or less to set up an appointment, but this Little Ferry location couldn't even do that? You need a notary? You might want to stay away from this location.

I've been going to this Wells Fargo location since probably about April due to COVID-19. I feel safe using their drive thru to pay my mortgage. Even when the line is pretty long the service is pretty quick. I'll probably keep using this bank in the future when the world is back to normal.

This branch in particular always makes banking a pleasurable experience. The branch manager is willing to help out in any way possible which then trickles down to the bankers. I have never had a bad visit. The bankers will take their time to ensure your options are covered. They provide high net worth service for every customer regardless of the size and type of business transacted.

I’ll give them 5 stars without any hesitation. They have the best customer service. Ryan, the branch manager helped us today and he definitely took good care of us! Thank you guys!
