UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL. A friend tried to return a 'lemon' (a car with many functional issues) back to the dealership and the owner cursed her out, called her a child, and threatened to abandon the car in the street because "it's not his car anymore" if not charge her for keeping the car on the lot, after they accepted the keys from her.

I was sold a lemon, the first week I received the car I was told that I can only lock the door and start the car, then the back up camera went out and my navigation wasnt working and they asked me to bring it back to replace the camera . Then the second week the key stopped working altogether, and I called them to let them know that Im not able to lock my doors or unlock the doors and then they said theyll make a new key I come to get the new key and he tried to charge me $150 stating that this is not a brand new car so I cant expect to get a brand new key for free and while coming there was water in my passenger seat stating that it was from the sunroof but it was clogged but they never cleaned it out before I left the lot. Then I found out in the middle of my doors not locking that my back driver door was not locking.
