Wow… I got to the Inn around 9pm November 5, 2023, I left around 10pm November 5, 2023. The rooms were dirty, the bed felt like it was missing the mattress, and bugs were crawling around. There was Even a dirty towel left in the bathroom, and kept for the next guest. And I’m still waiting for my refund.Rooms: Rooms 145 and 146 were unsanitary.Noteworthy details: The manager refuses to give me my refund when I left the same night due to unsanitary conditions. I only stayed about 1 hour.

Freshest best hotpot hands down. Offers fresh vegetable and prime meat lots of sauces, spices and things to cook up your own flavors. Awesome spot.

This place was just too disgusting. The sheets were stained, there was roaches in the room the towels had stains as well. Overall the whole place is run down. Is dirty and it smells so bad.

If you're in the hotel/motel industry a minimal you're responsibility is clean, free of dead bug debris, unholy linen. Also pull up the carpet. You can't be afraid to invest in your hotel and want to have carpet.... Red roof INn, Rodeway inn Capri, It's never again for me. Like you're in America this is NOT acceptable. There should be standards and guidelines that should be followed in order to have a hotel in this Country. Who's to blame the owner or the people running it. It's disgusting... Nice sized rooms. Semi Polite staff. Room rates need to be 39.00 a night with those horrid conditions one night I almost slept in my car

The rooms smell horrible. The smell of stagnant cigarettes is so strong it stays on the clothes. Bathroom faucets are leaking. Bedsheets have stains all over them. Found roaches in the furniture on the first and second floors. Do not book here. The service was bad also. When asked to change rooms due to it being dirty, he threw the room card through the glass.Nearby activities: The only good thing is that there is a small shopping center next to it.

The most disgusting inn I’ve ever been in. I was going to stay here so I can get a surgery in a local area but canceled my stay (and 2 weeks later they still haven’t returned the money) after seeing the rooms, worrying that I would get infected.The vents and air conditioning were DISGUSTING. There were stains on every single sheet on the bed. The pillows looked like they haven’t been washed in years. The shower head looked moldy, furniture was in very poor shape, the door was kicked in. Genuinely there wasn’t ONE positive thing, to pay over $100/night for this is insane. Save your money, you’re probably safer sleeping in your car than in one of their rooms.This place should be shut down!

Searching for room from out of state close to the Entertainment park without renting a car. This room was selected and I should have went with the Marriott which was a 50.00 Lyft ride but would have been way worth my comfort level. This was a birthday celebration trip.SatisfactionClose to stores for water, Bday cake, grocery items, easy to catch a Lyft ride. Cable channels.UnsatisfactoryRoom and hotel unclean, thin and cheap towels and had to ask for towels for sat-Tuesday stay on 2 occasions (first day and second day). Room not vaccum, no trash removal. Cob webs and dirt marks and drips on wall. Door dint if someone tried to break in appears they could without old skool lock. You had to run the water for 10-20 minutes to get hot water for shower. You have to pull drain plug up and to the side to stay in order for the water to drain constantly.

DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING!! DO NOT GO HERE. Its not an Inn, its a MOTEL. Reeked of smoke and piss. Mold on the curtains, bugs in the bathroom, stains on the beds. DO NOT GO HERE. We couldnt stay here it was so gross.

We checked this motel because it closes to Port Brooklyn.* The reception doesn't nice.* The motel is very old, everything in the room are bad, specially the carpet which is dirty, smell bad.* We found the fly inside the room.* Window can't open.* The pillows and drapes are dirty. See photos belowNever come back and will not recommend any friends.

Where Do I begin..I felt let down because I have stayed before in a Pinch..The staff was not polite..the bugs were disgusting..I basically kept the room tidy myself for the time we stayed.. Imagine coming back from work to No clean towels & Then ATTITUDE when you go to ask for more.? I don't know why the service was so low.I hope it improves..It wasn't easy paying to Be so UNWELCOMED.

The hotel was very run down. Then the curtains couldn't block the sun at 630am. When my son took a shower the bathroom flooded. Not to mention it seemed like the sewage of a couple rooms drained right out back into the walkway. I Won't be returning.

The beds are clean and comfortable, the TV only has one chanel but who watches TV anyways lol. The wifi works really well, that's a big plus. There is a certain smell tho... and you can't open the windows :/ The hotel itself is pretty cheap, but I can't complain due to the super cheap price. What you pay is what you get basically ? the staff was fine, breakfast had coffee, tee, orange juice, bagles, bread, cereal and topings. So not a lot of options but enough so you'll find something you like. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel, that brings you directly to NYC downtown in ~25 min. That is GREAT. I would recommend if you are looking for a cheap stay near NYC.

Desk reception couldn’t find our reservation at first and tried to charge us $120 a night after we had paid online. After some back and forth they managed to find it. Even though we reserved a non-smoking room, they put us in the smoking area. The second night there was a terrible smell like burning tires, and they eventually moved us to the non-smoking room area which we should have been in in the first place.Room service was fine and the rooms were quite good for the price. Warning for travelers staying here who are going to New York: the NJ Transit system to get into NY has a separate fare system than the MTA, which is the main transportation line inside Manhattan.

I am so sorry to have to write this review as my first visit 7 years ago was better than my latest visit. First off I would like to say that the second floor Reno’s with the new flooring was very well done! We booked for a total of 3 nights at the Inn. First night was good, second night we found a mouse in our room and immediately went to front desk. They were nice enough to offer us another room on the main level, to which we inspected before entering. We were in the room not more than an hour to which my husband spotted a cockroach on the TV. We obviously did not stay another night!! The point of my review is to hopefully have management do something about their facilities. Fumigate the building, rebuild the foundation and charge your $150/night, at least then it would be reasonable. The location is great!! It’s one bus away from New York and right across from restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and more! But, the Inn itself needs much needed work and will definitely pull in more visitors all year long if it is cleaned and well kept.Thank you
