So, if you are looking for a no-nonsense guy that will be fair, this is your guy. Modest and old schooly but def knows the trade. Man of few words but quick and wont scam u. One of very few who would accept client-bought parts shipped to the shop.

Exceptional service. Whenever we went somewhere else, because of convenience or because we were too far away, we always regretted it and said that we should have gone to Rich's. So, for the past few years, we have only gone to Rich's and we always leave satisfied. Finding a good mechanic is a great and comforting feeling.

WARNING! Ignorant auto mechanic!!! I bring in my car for a simple oil change. I bring my own oil and he charges me labor for $25. I bring my car elsewhere and they take care of the filter, fill the windshield fluid, check my tires and take care of basics for $30. I bought my own bmw filter because he said he don't have a matching filter. But when I bring my bmw filter he starts putting his own cheap filter without asking me and then tells me to give me my bmw filter to him. I was so dumbfounded. The nerves. And then after oil change is done, he says he don't know how to reset the oil level in the car. Wow. Go back to auto mechanic school! And on top of that has a disgusting attitude. He didn't even fill up fluids either. Not sure if he did the oil change right. Good luck if u come here.
