Easiest buying process ever… will recommend a few people

when i first initially bought the car there were a few things wrong with it, squeaking noise from the rear, leaking valve cover gasket, blown rear struts, left paddle shifter, 1 bent rim, and a front left either brake or bearing noise, and trans mount. i did bring it in to his shop because he did say he would take care of some stuff and his tech proceeded to do a trans flush which i bought the oil pan and trans oil, and during the procedure to fill the tech opened the wrong plug and drained trans oil, which now the trans has a slight shifting delay, so we fast forward the car smokes from the valve cover gasket i bring it to his attention, and he says bring me the part ill have the guys install it for you along with trans mount i agreed, Disclaimer i did miss like 2 times to come in by finally last week we agreed i was bringing in my car to which he says he wants me to drop it off, and i felt uncomfortable because as a tech myself i like work done to be done the right way, i hesitated and said don't want to drop it off because i want to see the work being performed and he said said he's not going to pay 400 dollars for a new valve cover. im assuming he just wanted to replace gasket, but as per bmw the valve cover is changed because it has brand new bolts built in to the valve cover also when removed the valvetronic gasket has to be changed.
to summarize the buying process was super friendly and easy, but once you leave that dealership is a whole different ball game. at the same time people make sure you check the cars before you drive them away, as a tech myself i should have done that before signing paperwork so shame on me

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!!! They have terrible customer service. They sold me a car and the engine went in 3 months, my mechanic can’t get in contact with their warranty company. They are rude and the owner doesn’t know how to run a business
