This place is just a rip off. Stay away with all costs. Left the car for alightment, and was told to come back to pick it up I'm an hour. But I had heard rumors about this business that NOT TO LEAVE THE CAR THERE FOR SEARVIXE, WAIT UNTIL U GET THE SERVICE DONE, OTHERWISE WITHOUT DOING ANY SERVICES THEY CHARGE U. I waited in my friends car next by , waiting the service done foe my car. An hour later got a call that the service is done, and my car is ready (but all this time I was next to.my car waiting, my car never moved an inch, wherever I had parked it) so I was asked for the payment, when I requested a video record to show me that an alightment was done to my car, just at least my car was taken to the garage or anything like that, I was ignored. I had to go to a different location to do the job. This place needs an inspection, this is not the way the business needs to be run...

I would give this place a 0 if i could. First it took 15 mins to get someone’s attention. I had an issue with the 4 tires i purchased there. Told them to see what the problem was. 2 hrs when by before anyone even looked at the car. They have no system to first come first serve. Then after 2 hrs they didn't even diagnose the problem and only rotated my tired. When asked what the problem was, they said to bring it back tomorrow they dont have time today. Worst service i have ever see. Specially when i purchased 4 tries from them. Do not ever go here.

I like coming to this place because the cost of the tires is good and the service is great. I got my two front tires replaced and I’ve never had any problems. I recommend this place if you’re looking for affordable tires on a budget.

Juan Mejia was very helpful in finding the correct tires for my son's Chevy Colorado. His mechanic was very professional in all aspects and the work was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend J&J Tires and will go back again!!
