Have to write this again because my last review was taken down. If i could give this place negative reviews I WOULD. My boyfriend and i purchased a used 2008 tacoma from JORGE VEGA, he stated the car had no issues and that only an oil change was needed. We brought the car to the mechanic. It was completely illegal to sell and had our lives in DANGER!!! Jorge Kept asking if we made the first payment on the car, which was already very suspicious.
After further investigation we found out that Jorge Vera was not even a co-owner of this business like he stated. He uses this business as a front so he can finance. When we called Jorge Vera he was very rude and did not care one bit about our safety. When we asked “How can you sleep at night knowing the truck was unsafe” he replied “like a baby” PLEASE do not trust this buisness.

Jorge Vargas and Max the owners are not men of their words very unprofessional and careless business men
I purchased a Qx80 Infiniti 30 days ago and I was told that I would receive my plates in 10 Business days. That was a lie today is May 16 th 30 days after my purchase and I still have no plates and my temporary plates have expired.
I am a business Women and mother who has to commute and travel to my office. I respectfully requested several times from them to please fax me a temporary plate until my plates have arrived
They insulted me by telling me I should have bought the vehicle straight out instead of financing and in the last 72 hours max has lied several times to me telling me tha he will provide me with my plates. At 2 p.m today he asked me to call him back at 4 p.m yet he refused to answer I just called minutes ago and I was given the # to a guy named Cesar who is the only honest and straightforward person on the team he is there go to guy for registering the vehicle and sadly I still have no plates and Max refuses to consider that I am a professional who does not want to risk driving with expired plates.
This is a very Honest review these people have no regard for you as a client once the purchase is finalized the only good thing I can say about my experience is that Jorge got me a very low interest rate. As for keeping their word and operating with integrity these guys are simply not honest
This review could have been avoided if you guys would simply value your clients.
Also max you are an elder individual I assumed that you of all people would understand that the best advertising is word of mouth.

I found these guys on Facebook marketplace advertising a really nice Toyota Highlander
I drove all the way from Pennsylvania to buy this SUV everything seemed solid and the next day my check engine light came on and my car started to shake as I drove
I called the dealership and they left me on hold for 25 minutes then the call dropped
I tried calling back and they refused to answer my call
I went to my mechanic and the car had a mis fire I had to change all the spark plugs and the oil tank had rust and was leaking
Before buying from these guys be sure to have your own mechanic check the car

I went to this dealership to purchase a car for my daughter's 17th birthday.
Max is the guy who greeted us when we arrived. We purchased a 2016 jeep Wrangler
Everything went well. We were so excited to surprise our daughter that we left in a hurry.
We stopped at a gas station off the new Jersey turnpike to get gas and buy some beverages on our way home when I realized I left my purse at the dealership.
When me and my husband went back to the dealership my purse was no where to be found I respectfully asked Max to please check the cameras and he told me that the cameras were not functioning for the last 3 days and he was waiting for a technician
I made no stops between the dealership and the gas station. I had $3500 cash and all of my identification and credit cards in my purse he walked me and my husband around the dealership and asked his workers if anyone saw a purse everyone looked confused. told him sir I left it on the chair by your desk and he told me to file a police report and if it turns up he would call me. These guys turned something completely positive into something shady.
So max remember there is a God and God blessed those who are good. My husband and I have worked really hard for the last 20 years of our life we are good honest people and great parents.

Drove all the way from Connecticut to buy and car there and in the end the dealership tells me the car got sold, then says it’s in storage, then says it’s at a shop over a hour away. I had an appointment to purchase a car and they place me in this situation. In the end the dealership advertised “NO HIDDEN FEES” yet they still marked up the price for a dealer fee after we already agreed on a price. horrible experience

I Referred a client. Client purchased a 2008 RAV4 with warranty from Grand Auto sales in Little Ferry, NJ. This warranty APW International, 1000 N West St suite 1200 building, Wilmington, DE 19801.A run around has been going on now for 4 months between both the dealer and warranty personnel. (BEWARE) Left with ENGINE BLOWN, Under warranty and Dealership and APW won't help. This dealership continues to sell APW INTERNATIONAL warranty.

They are friendly, the prices are very cheap (without making a lot of profit), they have a lot of cars, they are honest, and I recognize that Koreans are honest. I drove a Genesis 2018 G-80 3.8 for 3 years on a 20,350 mile lease. I bought it very kindly and honestly, and I think I can get it cheaper if I do it quickly. So kind...without greed

DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS PLACE, they will sell you a lemon!Paid almost $15,000 and the car lasted less than two months. They will tell you their mechanic down the road will look at the car before you leave the lot but that’s a lie! Make sure you get paperwork from the mechanic with the assessment before you leave !!After it died. Two mechanics said the car was a lemon. They have the car at one of their shops and now they won’t get back to us on how to proceed.We offered the option of a refund or to give us new vehicle comparable in price but they are avoiding our calls and we don’t even know where the car is.The claim they wanted to do the right thing and thought their mechanic would make a different assessment and now they won’t answer our calls!The car died November 14,2021 and we are STILL without a car!!

I purchased a 2007 santa fe limited with check engine light they worked with me and give me the funds to repair it.. thank you guys!`I had almost two years. The car high mileage but runs smooth as hell. I still have and doing regular up keep. I would definitely buy from them again.
