These people are so eager for a positive review. Before I even got the key to the car I already had 3 of the staff including the manager and a finance officer worker asking me to put place a 5 star review in front of them. Within a week of driving the car it came to my attention that it has a severe coolant and power steering leak. After calling the dealership endlessly even during my work hours I was finally told to contact a mechanic they know. That mechanic went completely MIA on me after setting up an appointment and after multiple complaints I was finally recommended to another mechanic. Before even reaching out to the mechanic, I asked the dealership manager will this be paid for by them in which he responded “go to the mechanic see what’s wrong with it and we’ll go from there”. Now you tell me if you think DGL took care of the situation.. Please save your time and money. 0 STARS if I could!!
