“I have rented from this Enterprise location twice, and I had a seamless experience both times. Both cars were clean, ran well, and were equipped with Apple CarPlay. The staff was friendly and helpful and called a day ahead a time to confirm. They are also very efficient! The location is really convenient and is now the only location I will go to in the city.”
“In a time where the world is consumed by entitlement and all many of self, today I was surprised by the very definition of loving your neighbor.
I originally made a reservation for a rental truck from Penske, giving me a location pick-up at Fairmount Car and Truck Rentals. I was assisted by Patrick, a young man who embodies the very definition of customer service.
The original truck size that I requested had not arrived on time from a different location. Patrick worked to give me options for other vehicles that would fit my needs at no additional charge. He is very meticulous in his work, explained the rental process (which ultimately ended up being with Fairmount directly instead of Penske), and worked to overcome the inconvenience I faced, which was not in his hands to begin with.
From pick-up to drop-off, the experience was stress-free and easy to understand, in addition to being time efficient.
I dare say this is a family-owned business with a level of customer service that larger companies should strive for.
If you need a rental vehicle to move from an apartment, home, or business, do see Patrick at Fairmount. Where going to extra mile is part of the overall experience!”

“Fantastic rental experience. My flight was canceled and my choices were go stand by or rent a car and drive from NJ to VA. Booking last minute for a family of five was a challenge, but Avis was able to accommodate us. We have small children so we needed car seats, and they had those as well. The process was done in10 minutes from walking in. Overall a great experience I would definitely recommend.”
