Carlos is super nice and answers all your questions.I'm a female and he didn't try to take advantage that I might be clueless. I got a transmission fluid change. I dropped it off at 7:45 in the morning on a Thursday and by 9:37 am on the same day he called to let me know my car was ready for pick up.I forgot to ask him an additional inquiry about my vehicle to see if he could fix it and what the estimate would be, but when I picked up my vehicle on my lunch break he said he tested my vehicle after the transmission fluid change and realized when he brakes my vehicle feels weird/rumbles and screeches (forgot his terminology) and so he checked before my arrival and said my rotor is warped. I was happy that he checked because that was my question that I forgot to ask. I said how much would it cost and when do I need to get it replaced. He was honest and instead of suckering me for quick easy buck he said I should get it changed when I need new brake pads, which I still had plenty left and gave me an estimated mileage of when to do so with the approx. Cost for brake pad & rotor replacement. I also asked if waiting would cause more serious damage to my vehicle and he said it wouldn't.Thank you for being an honest man. It's hard to comeby now and days. I now have a trustworthy mechanic!

This is the best mechanic around. Friendly, clear with his explanations, thorough, and transparent with his pricing. We had a used car evaluated by him before buying and will bring it back to him for recommended repairs.

The company I work for has been planning for 2 years a large purchase of another company. For my part "drive 60 miles to one of the production sites every day for the next two weeks to make sure all the computers systems and the phone systems get migrated. And of course my car just stop starting with no warning the day before. Of the ten different shops I called, no one had room due to the 4th of July. Carlos was the only one to offer to take it right after the 4th. He found the problem right away and was able to repair the problem within a day, even with having to order replacement parts. I was also surprised with the cost,as it was several hundred dollars less then I expected. He saved me a week on the cost of a rental. Advanced Auto Repair is now my first call when I need service on my car.

Was going through the process of buying a used classic Jaguar with very few miles on it... it seemed too good to be true. Carlos was very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. He recommended a pre-purchase inspection which saved me from wasting my money on a lemon car from a dishonest car dealership down the street. Carlos took the time to answer all my questions and was very forthcoming. I have no doubt he is running an honest business!!
