I never write a review ; but feel so compelled to do so in this instance because I am so appalled at the way in which this so called Wizard shop operated . Bought a 20 dollar bong and within 48 hours and one single use and cleaning ; the color rubbed off the glass. I went in to return for a store credit and in good faith buy a more expensive one , but they would only give me a 10percent credit which amounted to 4 dollars and would not think about returning the defective product they sold me only two days ago.It was bad product if in only one use the color rubs off the bong !?Beware of this store ! And the manager that does not want to make customers satisfied . Bad business if you do not stand behind the product you sell, especially for a customer like me that was willing to spend now and in the future . Obviously you are so short-sited that you do not care about one customer ; who now will find another forum to let the world know how you conduct business with paying customers

Went in there for a job application the other day, the staff was super friendly and the store was clean and organized! There designed pipes and bong pieces were really cool! And the rates were super affordable! Deff check it out
