I'm caring for an elderly relative, a fall risk, who tried to get out of bed unassisted in the middle of the night. The next morning I called Wellcare of Signac and spoke with Sharon and Joe who came up with a perfect solution for bed rails. Joe came over the same day and delivered and installed high quality rails at a very fair price. I will use this company for future needs and highly recommend them. Thank you so much Sharon and Joe. It's so refreshing to deal with a local business that really cares and offers excellent service.

The people from Wellcare could not have been more helpful in addition to being kind. After my husband's hip replacement, they quickly brought a power lift chair up to the bedroom on a very difficult staircase and set it up immediately so that he could be comfortable enough to finally sleep. The chair was a blessing and so were the professionals who quickly solved all problems and helped him to heal. They worked liked silent angels! Thank you. Susan Horn

I was in need of medical supplies for Elks Camp Moore in Haskell. Couldn't find what I wanted at drug store. Then I remembered Wellcare Surgical. So very happy I did! One stop shopping! Since I have experience in wound care, I knew exactly what I needed and Joe had it all. He is patient, kind, personable and generous! To top it off, he is a supporter of Elks Camp Moore (camp for children with special needs)! I highly recommend this store for all your dressing supplies and DME!Thank you Joe and Wellcare!

these folks are wonderful- Maryanne took care of us and found us exactly the right wheelchair and since they were delivering to a musing home in Montclair and we are in Bloomfield they delivered to us (my husbands wheelchair had fallen apart and was now dangerous)

Wonderful experience at Well Care today. The customer service was extremely personalized and friendly. Extremely nice gentleman helped me find an item for my upcoming surgery. Feels like a real local neighborhood store, hard to find now. Good folks, good vibes.

I couldn't recommend this place enough! I desperately needed colostomy supplies so I called and they were closed but Joe came in to meet me that same hour and was able to provide the supplies. Really nice people and great business.

Amazing experience and customer service. We called the store on Saturday after closing and Joe answered the phone (which he does 24 hours a day). Marianne opened the store for me Saturday evening and Joe opened again on Sunday to pick up needed items for a patient who came home following knee replacement. Both Joe and Marianne checked in on Sunday to be sure all was going well. Thank you!

This is a small but amazing company. They are very caring, efficient, and helpful. They have gone out of their way many times to help me with my mother's multiple needs, before, during, and after the worst of covid. I have ordered 2 recliners from them, as well as multiple products that my mom needed. They truly care- Sharon, Marianne and Joe are in a business that really benefits their clientele, and they respond immediately and with a lot of information and advice. Please use this company- you won't be disappointed! They truly understand and exemplify great customer service.

The nicest staff I have dealt with. Urgently needed a power lift recliner ...staff took my order over the phone, was delivered later same day. Even gave a "mini tutorial " of all the features..will not hesitate to use again

Amazing Service! This store is well equipped with everything you need regarding medical supplies. Joe is great, caring and truly knowledgeable about every product and what is needed. By far the best medical supply store I have visited and one I will always recommend. My brother really needed assistance and if it weren’t for Joe and this store, my brother would be in pretty bad shape. We appreciate you all! Thank you.

What a wonderful group of people! My husband had open heart surgery and was unable to sleep when he was discharged from the hospital. I called to so many places trying to rent or buy a recliner. Every company said they couldn't get it to me for 3-7 days. Then I was refered to Wellcare. Not only did they have a brand new chair available but they delivered it to my house within 5 hours. Last night he was able to get several hours of sleep in the recliner. THANK YOU!!!!
