This location is a hell hole. Packages get accidentally sent to other post offices after they are received at the little falls post office. Instead of delivering today, my packages are now at the Glen Rock post office. I live in little falls. Not only is the mail system they run inept but the male clerk that works at the desk is EXTREMELY RUDE - pretty much every time I've ever interacted was a bad experience with them.

I put my appointment at 10 am , came in before 10 the store is still close they open 10 am why would you put on your website for that time if ya gonna be close still and the guy in the counter calls for ppl for 10:15 am I’m confused but I still stand behind the lady they attended so it is my fault for not asking. But I told him hey I had an appointment at ten the guy says I wasn’t here and I’ve been here since before they open and he see that I’ve been behind the lady the whole time and also the lady in the counter saw me since she started opening the store. Why lie about that ?? I left the store because I honestly didn’t wanna Argue nor get attended badly. Also he spoke to me rudely. Am I wrong for leaving because of that?

I don’t even live nearby but I be coming here every other day?ིྀ only cus other usps locations near me are so bad and rude lowkey but everyone that works here is really nice and honestly are so fast, no time wasting nothing straight to point. Probably the best USPS I been to and the only one I’ll go to.

This office has extremely rude and inadept staff highly unprofessional at running operations. I attended for a passport application, called ahead of time, and was asked to come at a certain time. Then while at the location, I waited patiently for an hour to be called. When I asked how much longer do I need to wait, they said they don't know and it could take hours. They had no answer for why they asked me to walk-in at a certain time when they couldn't attend to me. The supervisor was not helpful and shrugged off the responsibility for misinformation her staff provided to me on phone. Will not visit this poorly managed operation ever again. The lady on the front staff is cold and impolite. Please stay away!

Pretty flawless passport application process. Made my appointment online, showed up on time, and had all my documents, passport application, money order, and passport photo handy, you can take a passport photo here as well. I was done and out of there in 15 mins.

Thank you for DESTROYING MY PACKAGE during the weekend, I work weekends and I was unable to go to the post office until Monday, only to find out they destroyed my package.

Stay away from there passport photo service. Because of mistake they did when photos was taken my 2 kids passport renewal application been in process since 02/27/23 had to cancel our flight last week ?

As a resident of Little Falls who runs a business, the mail is a nightmare. Mail comes at different times every single day, sometimes 9am, sometimes 9pm. Absolutely unacceptable.

I don't know if the government employees are not paid or not paid. help citizens, whenever a citizen needs a public service in the coreeo pastal or dmv they make things difficult for people without knowing what it costs to lose 1 day of work Miss Linda did not want to attend me, she had an appointment for a passport of a newborn at 12 and I arrived 20 minutes earlier as the appointment says and I asked him to confirm what documents I need to have it in order and he told me to wait my turn when my turn came the application I did not have it printed but I told him Give me 5 minutes to fill it out physically, like before my turn I saw a man who let him fill it out, she didn't let me, I was with a newborn and he spoke badly to me

My mail carrier is lazy and inconsiderate. Terrible service at this post office location. I watched him drop a package from chest high at my front door simply because he was too lazy to set it down correctly.

Typically they are very helpful here. My fiancé and I live in town and he went to drop off our wedding invitations. They are packed up neatly in a large box and all organized for the post office. When he went in, she took an envelope out to weigh it which is fine, however she shoved it back in the box with no regard and almost ripped off the decorative seal that is on the back of the envelopes. My fiancé kindly asked her to be gentle with them, since the seals are on the back. She responded with attitude. Then, she asked him if he wanted the box back and he said he didn’t need it but if they weren’t going to use it he would throw it out for them at home. She turned to go back into the mail room to grab the box and proceeded to say “he’s coo-coo”. Absolutely how rude and disgruntled people can be nowadays. We are mailing out our wedding invites which should be a happy exciting experience and this woman put such a damper on it. I am so appalled and will go out of my way from now on not to go to the little falls post office, so we can have a more pleasant experience.

Mail comes at different times every day. Sometimes 11am, sometimes 8pm. Ridiculous sitting around waiting for mail all day not knowing when it comes.
