Worst experience, people do not greet you or smile. They just serve with an attitude. The lady who does notary doesn’t even look at you or acknowledge what you say or ask of something. Just yells after asking twice, I know! Do not come here! Worst service!!

I have been going to this location in Little Falls for many years now and I never had an issue until the owner was the one helping me a few days ago.
He does not greet with a smile, he greets with a very stern angered face.
I emailed the store 5 pictures to print out which I have done many times in the past.
He took longer at the computer than anyone else ever did and he returned with about 10-15 copies that were all useless. It was just 5 pictures but the papers were off margins and huge.
I asked what happened and he told me that he didn’t do anything wrong and kept wanting me to go to the computer to prove he was right and I was wrong.
I told him to calm down and he said “I’m not a sissy I am the owner and I know what I’m doing”. He repeatedly told me he was the owner and I told him I never had an issue before so I asked if the other worker can help me which must have hurt his ego because he was very upset and continued to yell at me. He grabbed all the papers and threw them in the garbage like a player violently slam dunks a basketball in a hoop. I asked if they have a shredder because those papers have my personal information and he then grabbed them with anger and put them in the shredder bin.
I was leaving the store while he was yelling at me and I said another word that he was hurt by and he came running out after me. I left to staples and they printed 5 pages with no issues.
This man should NOT be at the counter or anywhere in a business that requires customer service.

I work with this UPS branch all the time because of my Amazon business. The old man there is probably the owner or manager; it's time to retire, my friend! The last time I went to drop off my packages, his scanner couldn't read the label, then he said my tracking number had expired; I was 100% sure it was working, but then another store accepted the same label. This guy's rudeness and bad attitude are now getting in the way of our business. How can UPS continue to work with such a rude person!

I come here everyday to be business. They know me and the owner charges me $2.00 for tape since the weather was rainy and humid affected the tape. He really needed my $2.00 after all the money I spent there … I will got to another UPS moving forward!

I’ve shopped at this store from time to time and have been noticing some things.
To start with, the manager is extremely rude. Every single employee constantly asks, “Do you want a receipt?”—it feels like they’re trying to avoid giving one to save money or paper.
And if you ask to ask something, the manager snaps back with a rude attitude. He clearly has no idea how to talk to customers or treat people with respect.

First time I go there without taping the box, the manager refused to accept it unless I bring my own tape or buy a tape from him. I tried to convince him to take it as a first time courtesy but he insisted not to take it whatsoever. To me this is a rude behavior and unprofessional attitude from a manager who’s probably the owner btw. After this incident, I’d rather to go somewhere else but not this place.

The staff at this UPS Store, especially THE MANAGER, are incredibly RUDE. The manager's aggressive tone made me feel like he was verbally assaulting me. Every time I visit, they pressure me to buy an extra bag, even though my Amazon and Temu returns are in perfect condition and still in their original packaging. When I refuse, they either threaten not to accept my packages in the future or try to mislead me by insisting that I need a label, even though I have a valid barcode for TEMU.
It’s outrageous that UPS allows this kind of treatment toward its customers, especially as a company that prides itself on professionalism!!!

Terrible customer service. Lines werent long but the employee was extremely rude and when part of my return broke because he was rushing me to get the return done, he stood there and shook his head complaining that i was going to make him clean the store. I’ve never left a review for a business before, but I would rather drive to another location rather than return here.

Had an issue, but being greeted nicely went a long way. The issue is with the online scheduling. I needed something notarized and knowing that I can’t expect a notary to always be present I thought scheduling online was the safe way to go. Having a busy schedule as we all do I Lu ed up my day accordingly. 9am appt and received confirmation. Upon arrival @9am I was met with a smile and genuinely nice greeting by a young man and young lady. I explained I needed something notarized and was told the notary is in at 12 and to come back if in the area. I did not mention I had an appointment as it was mute at this time. Due to a deadline I changed my schedule a returned at noon. A very pleasant woman took care of me in an efficient and timely manner. If there is going to be a scheduling system and I am to give my email and cell # I would appreciate the monitoring of the system and respect for customers time. I will return as the staff was very friendly, but this will be in the back of my mind as I weigh future transactions.

Very professional and customer friendly staff. They were patient and assisted me on my returns without hassle. She even gave tips how to get save money on packaging with Amazon. I recommend this UPS to anyone.
