Sales!!! So this is our 4th vehicle from jeep 46 we got 2 rams and a jeep compass now jeep grand Cherokee 3 leases and one certified pre owned vehicle Mike Chalk is one of the best got us in our first 3 vehicles Mike (different Mike) the manger helped get us into this jeep grand Cherokee L honestly we won’t go anywhere else they do the best to get you in and out with no bs attitude highly suggest going to see them

Don’t go there!
The car that I bought just 4 months ago the battery needed to be replaced and it turned all the lights on and then the airbag light never turned off. When I called my dealership sales person he told me is not his problem and I have to paid to repair it.

Couldn’t recommend Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge more. I bought a new 2024 model here, and was assisted by Mike, and his boss Mike. They were both absolutely fantastic to work with. Very personable and genuine individuals. What stood out to me was that during the whole interaction, never once did I experience that “salesmansy” pitch (you know what I am talking about). I have bought cars a few times now, but never said this before - I will buy from this place again, if Mike & Mike are my reps. Cheers guys, and thank you for a wonderful experience.

Worst customer service ever! They don’t return phone calls, texts or emails. My husband’s truck had check engine light come on not even a week after purchasing it. He had to go in person for them to do anything about it.
His temporary plate expired and no one called to tell him his plates came in.
They SUCK

I don't recommend it. They are scammers, they made me sign a contract more than 3 times. In the last one they told me that everything was the same and a couple of months I found out that they had removed some extra insurance that I had put in place. I'm finding out if what they did is legal. Because if that's the case, I'll give them back their car and go to another dealer.

Make sure to see PJ, a highly professional and knowledgeable sales representative.
I have never experienced such an easy and smooth vehicle purchase process!
PJ is not the typical “salesman”; he takes his time with you, is patient, and makes a normally stressful process enjoyable.
Everyone I encountered at the dealership was beyond kind and professional. I will never go to another Jeep dealership, especially after my horrible years of experience with Englewood Cliffs Jeep.

We brought a relatively new mini van for service and they called and said that they had an issue and it’s totaled due to water damage. They’re trying to take no responsibility for it. AVOID at all costs. What a joke.
I am planning to contact the owners and consult my legal counsel. But this is a real pain. They don’t even have the courtesy to have the service manager call. Clearly, the service advisor isn’t empowered to do anything.

The people here are extremely rude. I am missing parts from my order and instead of helping me they just keep transferring me around to voicemails that are full. Sometimes transferring me to an incorrect department even when I'm still in the middle of explaining who I need to talk to.

Route 46 Chrysler is a Complete Scam – Dishonesty, Rudeness, and a Total Lack of Integrity
Despite an exceptional experience with the salesman Ahmed, my overall interaction with Route 46 Chrysler in New Jersey was absolutely horrendous.
This dealership is nothing short of a scam, especially when dealing with out-of-state customers. They engage in dishonest and possibly illegal practices with no regard for the customer’s experience or satisfaction.
The sales manager, in particular, was beyond rude and condescending. When I raised legitimate concerns about the car and the discrepancies in what was promised versus what I received, he dismissed me entirely.
He had zero interest in resolving the situation and only seemed concerned with making a quick sale, regardless of the consequences to the customer. His unprofessionalism was glaring, and he clearly sets a terrible example for the rest of the staff.
The entire dealership operates like a well-oiled scam machine. The moment I stepped into the dealership, it became apparent that they had no intention of following through on their promises. The blatant dishonesty and unethical behavior are astounding.
They seem to think that out-of-state customers are easy targets who won’t fight back, but they’ve underestimated my resolve.
Even when confronted with the truth, they were unapologetic and completely unaccountable.
The level of disrespect I faced was appalling – they acted as if I was the problem for questioning their deceptive practices.It’s truly a shame that Ahmed, who was an absolute pleasure to work with, is stuck in such a toxic environment.
He went above and beyond, but even his exceptional service couldn’t salvage the terrible experience I had with the rest of the dealership.
If you’re considering purchasing a car from Route 46 Chrysler, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
They are dishonest, unethical, and only interested in taking advantage of their customers.
I wouldn’t trust them with anything, and I’ll be pursuing further action to ensure others don’t fall victim to their scam.

Buyer beware. Overall the buying experience was not bad, the staff was helpful and polite. Our issue was after the purchase. We were told the car was under the original 36k, 3 year warranty. We took the car in for service (at another more local Chrysler dealer) only to find out the warranty expired in March 2024. We purchased the car mid April 2024. So route 46 either lied or misrepresented the warranty paperwork. The second issue arose when we brought the car in for service after hearing a knocking while decelerating. Come to find out the transmission needs to be replaced. Luckily the repair is covered under the powertrain warranty. Did rt 46 know about the bad transmission? I do not know.
I do believe they knew about the brakes, rotors, alignment and sensors needing to be fixed. As we have had the vehicle for 5k miles and already have had to do brakes and rotors. In addition to having two sensors that need repairs. One of which is giving a bad code on a code reader. All of which would have been notified during the inspection and routine maintenance they claim to perform (they have a form you sign saying it was done, but acknowledge items may be missed).
They either do not not care about the quality of the vehicle they sell or do not do the inspection and routine maintenance they say they do. We fully understand the vehicle we purchased was used. The dealer not being transparent about the actual condition of the vehicle is our issue. Overall I would not recommend buying from this dealership.

Horrible!!!! PSA: DONT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. Car was severely damaged on their lot- water damage- total loss ! I brought it in for service -hear from no one for a while- when I did get a hold of someone they were useless. My car has been there 1 month- failed to tell me that they had 20 car appointments before mine- I would have taken it somewhere else had I known. They also did not provide me a loaner car- none available. Even now, 1 month later, total loss, they still have no available loaners. I will be reporting this place to BBB.

I understand that you never remember the name of your clients, because everything is a confusion in that place, my family and I have bought cars in this dealer, yesterday we had the last problem with you, trying to fix our car, this is the last time, because we will not return and I do not recommend this place to anyone, horrible and disrespectful service
