We have been shopping at this paint store for 20 years and we won’t be going back. The 25% off promotion is very deceiving and is actually off the MSRP not the actual sell price. Even after the 25% off the price is still higher then the previous owners.

The paint is the best. The owner is a great guy and extremely helpful. I would always buy paint at HD but once I tried using BM paint I realized you get what you pay for. Trust me on your next project try BM paint and you will see what I'm talking about. On fresh smooth wood and using a high quality brush the BM paint looks like it was sprayed on. Excellent finish.

I wanted to go someplace local and small because of my high anxiety. There were reviews about good practices and signs outside the building about wearing a mask and gloves. However, when I walked in I was greeted by a woman worker behind the counter without her mask on (under her chin). Nothing was said to her and I was afraid to. I just wanted to get my order over with. Then someone else arrived to work on something and his mask was below his nose. I ordered my paint, but I had to walk outside because I started to have an anxiety attack. I was appreciative that the paint was brought outside to me, but I will not be returning inside to this establishment.

I created this Yelp account so I could warn future customers not to shop at Rossi Decorating Center (Little Falls, NJ) and to take their business elsewhere. I had asked my mother to stop into the store with me to pick up a few samples because I want to re paint my room. We both showed up with face masks already on and then in addition read the guidelines posted on the main entrance before entering. The guidelines stated that facial coverings were required and store hours were posted. We opened the door and the owner, who wasn't wearing a face mask, began screaming at us on the top of his lungs stating "STOP RIGHT THERE. DO NOT TAKE ANOTHER STEP" and "IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO YOU ARE, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO LOOK AT PAINT SAMPLES." At this point we hadn't even taken two steps in the door or said anything to him but the owner continued to scream at us and tell us how other people had come in before and touched all the paint samples and that he couldn't keep up with sanitizing all of them. At this point my mother was shocked and stepped out of the store but I continued to be helped by another employee who approached me and apologized for the owners behavior. I was standing alone at the store entrance waiting for the employee to pick up some samples for me while the owner continued to scream at me and make comments about how homeowners are a problem. As a young woman I felt very uncomfortable and wanted to leave as quickly as possible. When the employee came back with my samples he apologized on behalf of the owner and I quickly left. Needless to say we will not be buying paint from this establishment at any point in the future.
