Currently far away while fulfilling my military obligations. I called and made an easy transaction and selection over the phone, and they even delivered it right to my partners front door !!!!
They even added in a complimentary item!
Great customer service, I will be absolutely calling here for future reference!

I would like to review an actual purchase from here, but unfortunately I cannot. Hours as posted are correct as they match what is on the door, but when we arrived the door was locked. There is a sign posted saying if door locked please call this number, but nobody answers when you call. It was very frustrating to drive out of our way to have to leave and find another place to go. If you're going to use this florist I would recommend calling first ti make sure they're open.

i arrived at around 2;15 to pick up flowers (to be fair, short notice) and was told there were 2 people ahead of me to pick up flowers and they couldnt help right away. no problem. but the florist could have been more nice about the situation. i was told 20-30minutes until they would be ready, so i came back an hour later at 3:15. what irritated me is that the florist acted like she had never seen me before and had to start my order there with me in the store then, delaying my plans even further. maybe they just forgot but the service was not nice and the flowers were expensive and also weren’t anything special either for the price. i would stay away.

Pjs Towne FloristI used them when I was in a pinch for a last minute gift and they delivered. Very professional on the phone, and they really care about their customers.The flowers were beautiful, and my wife was really happy. I would definitely use them again for all my flower needs. Thank you.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with this wonderful company. I went to 3 florist before coming here — each one telling me what I wanted was not possible. Well let me tell you, my bouquet was the most beautiful bouquet I’ve ever seen. I was truly mind blown. I highly recommend!!!

Absolutely horrible flowers and customer service! Avoid at all cost. I ordered flowers for my Aunt on Mother's Day. On the day the flowers were delivered, some were already dying. Five days later, almost all flowers died. I've attached photos of the flowers when they first arrived and 5 days after. I sent the florist photos to show the unacceptable quality and requested for new flowers, however, I was met with a very argumentative lady saying that my Aunt should have called them when she first received the flowers, replaced the water, etc. The florist accused me of not showing her the photo of the flowers on the day they arrived, and it was only when I sent her the same photo with the date stamp did she offer to give me a 50% refund. The florist/lady was rude and did not take responsibility for the unacceptable quality of her flowers. She placed the blame on my Aunt for not complaining about the flowers, which is mind-blowing. The florist should have never used dying flowers in the first place! I only knew of the quality of the flowers since I asked my Aunt if she was enjoying them a couple of days ago. My aunt was too shy to tell me that the flowers I sent looked horrible. :( They ruined my Mother's Day gift and had terrible customer service! I had such an awful phone conversation with the lady/florist. I'm quite upset. How easy could it have been for her to say that the flowers they sent are not reflective of their standards and that they would send new flowers. Instead, my Aunt was blamed for not complaining about the quality of the flowers when they first arrived! Again, mind-blowing.

Horrible customer service.Me and my mom called them last minute because my fathers wake is tomorrow he passed last Wednesday.The lady had an attitude that we were calling late.WELL IM SORRY I DIDNT THINK ABOUT FLOWERS WHEN MY DAD DIED.She said well if you didn’t call so late I don’t have what you want by tomorrow at 2.How about I’ll do the best I can? Get a better worker one with sympathy.

Incredible service, especially during Covid no less! Placed order this morning, was hand-delivered this afternoon and I was called afterwards to let me know it had been dropped off. Could not have gone smoother. Would recommend PJ's to anyone in the area without question.
