“I visit once every week, most of my shopping is done here. It’s great, but the only thing is that there’s this one cashier who is rude and I’ll assume racist because she told me she isn’t taking anymore people but took the person behind me. The pharmacy on the other hand is great, the staff there is so nice and helpful.”

“I am absolutely speechless with the level of care and compassion I've received from Rose Pharmacy and I am so beyond grateful to have been referred here by my physician!After having a great deal of difficulty with several CVS locations and stock issues, I soon found myself dealing with a string of new pharmacists that were outwardly rude and refused to assist with any questions I had in regards to my medications or insurance. One CVS pharmacist even told me, "I don't have time to deal with your problems- go online and figure it out yourself." Needless to say, even my doctor was appalled. I was nervous to go to a "smaller" pharmacy; but after my Doctor mentioned he had several other patients with great experiences at Rose, I figured it was worth a try.From the moment they answered the phone, I was treated like a real person and the pharmacist went above and beyond to communicate with me, my Doctor, and insurance, to make sure I would have everything handled promptly. They were very quick, very convenient, and most importantly- they made my experience quick and easy. I felt like I had been a long time customer. Honestly, I would say I even felt like family.I cannot recommend this location highly enough! I would give 10 stars if I could! Just being treated so kindly and professionally would have given them 5 stars alone, but the convenience and speed exceeds all expectations. I'd drive an hour if I had to. They're the best! Thank you so much again!”

“I discovered this pharmacy Monday when CVS was out of My medicine. I called and spoke to the pharmacist who was so nice. He told me to just have my RX sent over. He followed up our conversation with a text & even though it was after 7 when I got there they were still open because they knew I was coming! I had a hard time parking, but they told me next time to park in the garage & there's no cost! He explained the medication, & advised of possible side effects. I'm having all of my prescriptions filled here going forward.”
“This pharmacy is AMAZING! Incredible customer service and and free, fast delivery. We had a problem getting a script filled at CVS for an inhaler for my daughter. They were out of stock and CVS could not tell us when it was coming in. My daughter was getting worse with her cough and breathing. Ridge Pharmacy rescued us and saved the day! Ridge had the medicine in stock, they called CVS got the script transferred over and delivered it the same day within maybe 2 hours. I will always use and recommend this pharmacy. THANK YOU!!!!!”
“Caldwell Pharmacy is THE BEST! I have been going there since they opened and one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. They know you when you walk in and will let you know if something interacts with your current meds. Everyone is so friendly and caring. I love the delivery option. I work in the medical field and calling CVS, Walgreens, etc. is the most frustrating experience. It takes a small miracle to get through to a pharmacist if you can navigate the long and annoying phone tree and then they put you on hold forever. This never happens at Caldwell Pharmacy! You always have a pleasant and knowledgeable live person to answer the phone and your questions. I recommend to as many patients as I can as well as my family and friends. Trust me you will not be disappointed!!”

“Great People. Great Place. Mike's Helped Me With My Medication During Covid-19... I'm A N.J Resident But Due To The Virus I Was Staying In long Island. That Didn't Stop Mike's Pharmacy From Getting Me My Medication. They Even Sent Hand Sanitizer Even When There Was None In Stores. “My wife, Dianne, and I were customers of a very large, very popular corporate pharmacy, but for a matter of discretion, I'll only use their initials: CVS...To reach a pharmacist, it would often take at least 10 minutes, if- if- I could get through via their automated system. It kept cutting-out, and I kept getting a very unnerving number of "Sorry!" Every time I called back, I ran into the same road block...Recently, CVS gave me the option of updating their app, which I did. Although it loaded quickly, I was no longer a customer, just my wife, so I couldn't check on my Rxs...Their updated app indicated my wife had a Rx that was ready for pick up or delivery. The next day when I went to order it, it was no longer in the app...So, I finally reached the pharmacist who told me it was ordered on 12/25/23, but neither picked up nor delivered, so it went back into inventory, and I needed to contact Dianne's doctor so he could re-prescribe. When I called the doctor, my wife needed an appointment to make the pharmacy change. That seemed odd, but that's his policy...Long-story-short, which is only said when a story's already too long, I contacted Hometown Pharmacy and in literally a matter of minutes, Mr. Mustafa (spelling) and his team had all my dilemmas resolved. I was on the phone for countless hours with anyone I could reach at (800) SHOP-CVS, and no one could help me.......And check this out, not only does Hometown Phamacy have free delivery (CVS does not), but their prices are less. One would think that a high-volume corporation would have lower prices...The bottom line is very simple. If you need a pharmacy who cares, Hometown is a must. ...And when you call them, someone will answer the phone and politely- and knowledgeably-help you...Respectfully submitted,Barry Goldberg”
