I felt cheated because the person in charge of checking your credit told me that they have about 10 banks that are working with them....that they are good...I had already had a pre-approval with a bank, I had already worked with that bank...and I decided to continue the advice of that man who in the end was the worst decision I made...he had put 5 inquiries on my credit report , he never told me that he had to do so many...be careful because by selling cars they are not going to tell you things that They are important in the end I complained to him and he said that he had to do it... but I know that they can not do something without the client's permission...

This was a seamless experience where the entire staff made the buying process a Win/ Win. We all felt that we got a great deal with superior customer service. I would recommend that anyone looking for a Buy or Lease a new or used car this is the place to go!

They tried to hold my keys hostage as soon as I spoke to a salesman. All of a sudden they offer different deals for a new car. So glad I went to a professional dealer, as opposed to this dealership.

Dealing with a recall is the worst with this company. I think I made a huge mistake purchasing from you guys… asked for a loaner while they do a recall and none available and they don’t know when one will be. Asked to have the recall done on a Saturday and that’s not an option. Asked to bring it in at 3 pm that’s not an option..

I had a fantastic experience at McGuire GMC little falls. Nicco the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to understand my needs and found the perfect car for me. The financing process was straightforward, and the dealership even offered a competitive interest rate. I've been very happy with the after-sale service as well. Walked in cold and everyone couldn’t have been more friendly and patient. Knew what they were talking about, no hard sales and no games on pricing. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a gmc. Nicco was great to work with in particular.

Both "Joe's" and Leon were absolutely wonderful. They were like a true family - laughing and joking and making everyone feel comfortable and positive - a very different dealership experience than I've had many times in the past where it just feels "too slick" - this was awesome!
