Never ever use Maguire auto group to fix your vehicle. You will wait weeks with no answers. Save yourself and go to Performance in Florham Park Way better service station, nicer people and no crap .

If I could give zero stars I would! They had my car here for 32 days and never looked at the transmission. They took it for a test ride the day I brought it in, and that was it, I have been working with GMC corporate as my car is only 3 years old and still under warranty. GMC Corporate recommended that I move my car to another dealership. While McGuire had my car, I never once got a phone call, the only time I had updates was when my husband or I went in to get updates (which they never had since they never looked at my car)

If I could give a negative star, it still wouldn't justify this dealer! I brought my leased car to them on July 21st and it took them over a month to look at it even after they kept goving me a timeline and I even told them what was wrong with it! They charged me over $800 and refused to give me a detailed bill. When I questioned them regarding the details of the bill, Adam, the service manager refused to provide it to me and told me this is how they do it And gave an attitude and hung up on me!

Your service manager sucks. He doesn't know how to talk to people and he's very unprofessional and petty. It won't allow me to give no stars so I HAVE to give one but if it was up to me I would have him suspended or reprimanded for talking and acting the way he did. I would never recommend anybody to do business here. THEY SUCK

I had my vehicle serviced at this dealership. Please beware of unethical business practices. They will not honor prices agreed to when vehicle is dropped off and will charge a "Non Cash" fee without telling you if you use a credit card.

In case you missed all of the other poor reviews, please avoid this place like the plague. Brian Vaughn and Nico set up a deal on a GMC Terrain. My husband showed up on the day/time he was supposed to (with cash in hand) and they tried to jack him for another $2000 over what was originally discussed. The car wasn't even cleaned or ready. They blamed the bait and switch on a "computer error". When I called Brian answered the phone, and claimed he was the GM. When I asked to speak with the owner, he became very rude and patronizing. I normally like to give the owner a chance to remedy an issue before a negative review, but this dealership was so despicable, I felt there was no other choice but to post this. We went to GMC Sussex and bought the same car for cheaper the next day. Also had a lovely experience at Sussex. Go anywhere other than here!

I purchased a Certified Pre Owned vehicle there in 2008. I have not written a review until now. There was an issue with the drivers side electric window switches where the whole assemble recessed into the door console when pushed. I tried several attempts to have this remedied properly before I took delivery but apparently they tried the cheap way out. I asked the salesman to have this repaired and the answer was "let me speak to the owner". Isn't a CPO supposed to be in showroom condition? Anyway they finally brought it to service. I asked the service advisor if they had the proper parts to repair the issue, the answer was YES. Ok so I took delivery of the vehicle and low and behold when I went to operate the windows, the assembly recessed into the door console. I assume they tried to glue the switch instead of replacing it. Maybe the parts the service advisor referred to was a tube of glue. Now I had to schedule a service visit for them to replace the part as they were leading me to believe they was doing in the first place, I have nothing better to do then go back to the dealer after several attempts to have them fix it right the first time. A couple weeks later I noticed a oil drip in the driveway, the oil filter was not tight, so much for the 160 point CPO inspection. Anyway I am happy with the vehicle especially that I have not had to bring it back to the dealer in four years, knock on wood.

I had a great buying experience at McGuire GMC in Little Falls. I found my Yukon online, where I started my purchase process using the form on their website. First time I tried that and it was surprisingly convenient and easy to do. I was then contacted by a gentleman from the finance department who took a credit card deposit over the phone. They offered free delivery, which was both surprising and incredibly convenient. I opted to pick the Yukon up, since I was going to be in the area anyway. I arrived for pick up, where I worked with Jim. He was great, very polite and professional. Got everything taken care of quickly and easily. I had one minor issue after the purchase with the vehicle, which was very quickly handled. For this I dealt mostly with Rob, who was great. A real gentleman and extremely professional. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the purchase of the Yukon Denali, it is an amazing vehicle. I had an incredible purchase experience, the best out of the 20+ vehicle purchases I made at different dealers over the years. Customer service was stellar as well; before, during and after purchase.

The team at McGuire was absolutely fantastic. Professional, kind, courteous, and very very nice! I drove over 100 miles to buy my new truck there and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the market for a buick or gmc vehicle.

SERVICE Department consumer service is terrible. I've only had my car for 2 and 1/2 months and my dash board screen went blank. Had an appointment at 8:30 AM for service. Got there on time and by 9:30 my car was still sitting where I parked it. My husband came to pick me up and left it there. Called at noon to be told they were looking at it then and would get back to me. Called again between 3 and 3:30 and was told someone would call us back. Called again at 4:15 and was told the service representative would call us in 5 minutes. By 4:45 called again since they close at 5. This time we were just told that we could pick up our car in the showroom bc service dept. would be closed. Still have no idea what was wrong with the car. We shall see when we get there to pick it up ?

I have been buying cars for 35 years, all kinds of different brands and dealers and this dealer is the worst I have ever dealt with. Buyer beware, READ THE REVIEWS! You can buy a vehicle from them (this is our second and absolutely the LAST from them) but don't expect ANY kind professional service or courtesy from these folks. The finance guy is an obnoxious joke and we were warned by the salesperson ahead of time that he was rude - rude doesn't even come close. They don't explain anything and are of ZERO help after the purchase. After weeks of them ignoring us, I tried working with the sales manager Brian Vaughan on an error THEY MADE but let me tell you, the only thing this guy should be managing is a hot dog cart....in his backyard and even that's a stretch. I've been in sales for 20 years so I know what I'm talking about but this "sales manager" showed a complete lack of professionalism when dealing with THEIR error and REFUSED to help. Apparently 15+ years experience as a sales manager does not qualify you in how to deal with a loyal customer but it does give you license to be rude, arrogant and ignorant. He's an embarrassment to the profession. Luckily we were able to go around him and get it rectified but we will NEVER buy from this dealer again. I wouldn't even buy a matchbox car based on this experience and again I will say, buyer beware. I have nothing to gain from posting this review but I see from the other reviews, I'm not the only ex customer that went through the same experience. Find a dealer that cares, there are some out there!

Awesome dealership! My husband contacted the sales manager Lovena by phone regarding a lease for a 2021 Acadia. She provided the numbers immediately, which were more than fair. The paperwork was all done by internet and the vehicle or was ready to go upon our arrival. The paperwork was signed in record time. Then best of all Joe took about 30 minutes of his time to walk me through a demonstration of every single option the vehicle had. Every person who we dealt with was friendly and professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! Thank you McGuire Auto Group.
