Nico and Mark were quick to respond to every inquiry, either by text or immediate phone call. They were happy to answer the many questions I had in a thorough and patient manner. WOW! Just wow!! I'm not even sure where to begin or if I can find any words to express my experience with Mark and his team. After a very stressful experience with another lender, Mark came in, promised me that this will be done in two weeks, and two weeks later I CLOSED! To top it off, I did not have to stress not even a little because they handled everything and kept this process very smooth.
