So very disappointed with this practice. I found the staff lax when addressing my pets needs for a compounding prescription. I was under the impression the order had been placed for his hyperthyroidism compounding transdermal medication and kept getting excuses why the mediciation had not arrived only to find out from the compounding pharmacy they placed the order this morning with an expedited shipping status which was an additional $19+, total invoice coming to over $103+. They left out this information. I feel deceived and had been givien the run around. The most important thing is my pet has been suffering without his medication, something they should be aware of. I will be leaving this practice and going elsewhere. Ironically, I had given this practice an original five star rating it went nothing but downward. I have no hesitation to leave my name and making you aware of who left this review. Maria Penn

Exceptional! The office is beautiful the staff is so kind. I drove an hour to the office, and it was worth it.

I’m a retired animal health technician that moved to Pa. From NJ. It was almost impossible to find an animal hospital that provided any non anesthetic dentistry in our area of Pa. I searched the web and found Longevity Veterinary Center. I must say that I was quite impressed with the staff and the facility with the services they provide. We brought our 3 dogs in for their dental work and they did a wonderful job as we waited. We were so impress we made an another appointment with another dog for the same procedure. I highly recommend this hospital and all they have to offer.

I have been with Longevity/Holistic Pet Veterinary Center since summer of 2022. In this time I have never had to wait to set up an appointment. Many times the front desk team offered to accommodate my pet more quickly than I was prepared, they clearly have a desire to act with urgency. Upon arriving they always check me in quickly despite the office being extremely busy. Since I have been there for many visits over the past couple years they know me and my pet very well and are friendly and considerate of what is going on and are comfortable sharing their experiences/knowledge of their pets.My experience is that every single person on staff is helpful, and someone has or is going through the same experience as me and my pet. That is both helpful and reassuring.With regards to the technicians, veterinarians, holistic practices and specialized services I have nothing but accolades for the breadth of offerings, education on what might be best, helpful and how I can help once I get home.There is very little wait time to get into a room. Technicians are wonderful and I do have my favorites! Our primary veterinarian is very thoughtful and patient (accommodating all my questions!) and I absolutely adore her.Our pets have had all the "normal" checkups and tests in addition to acupuncture, physical hands-on chiropractic (my dog LOVED it), and the pulsating chiropractic adjustments. Since we adopt our dogs, I also had a communication session which proved very helpful in understanding a portion of the anxiety issues we faced. I absolutely love the care, knowledge and attention the medical team provides.As an example - I had a dog that did not demonstrate the typical signs associated with a particular illness. Because of the frequency of visits, I saw every vet on the team over several months. During this time any/all specialist needs (ultrasounds, etc) were all coordinated for me when the technician was onsite. Our vet went above and beyond ensuring the testing/analysis covered every single aspect she needed to help with diagnosis and care. Despite my pet's dire health condition my mind was at ease knowing everything possible was considered, discussed and being coordinated. As a medical practice, all the veterinarians helped with research and sharing knowledge. I have had the unfortunate experience of learning that for humans, this type of communication and care is only done at the top hospitals and medical groups.If you choose Longevity, I feel you are getting the best possible for your pet(s). They are truly the best partner I have had in helping my dogs overcome issues, be the healthiest possible and be my loving companion as long as possible.

Finally after several months of searching for the right Vet to care for my 16 1/2 y/o German Short Hair Pointer, Dr. B came into our lives in a most fortuitous and ironic way - court reporter who was a patient of Dr. B had her therapy dog in court with her which prompted the conversation. I immediately made a much needed appointment and yesterday I brought my Buster home after surgery and treatment and a great plan set out by Dr. B. A plan I would have never imagined existed but for Longevity. Thanks.

Dr. Buchoff and his team are compassionate veterinary professionals. I looked into holistic pet care in NJ after almost losing all hope on diagnosing my doggie Robbie. My dog had experienced sudden gastrointestinal issues for 3 months, and after having visited multiple pet hospitals, spending thousands of dollars, and almost going through with 2 exploratory surgeries and life-long care, I found this place and my baby is back to living his normal and healthy life. I am grateful to Dr. B and Mikhail for being so hands on with Robbie’s mystery illness, and for helping him turn his life around after just a couple of appointments. I knew from the first time I brought Robbie to LVC that he was in good hands; from the staff being eye-level with him, doing thorough physical exams, proving individualized care, being very mindful of my pocket, and simply making Robbie feel comfortable every step of the way. I can’t say enough good things about this place, and if it wasn’t 40 minutes away from me, I would be there on a weekly basis just for the simple fact that’s it’s a friendly and inviting environment, it’s clean and esthetic, and the pets all look happy to be there. Dr. Gerald. Buchoff heads up this Center. This is not only where we discovered my beloved dog’s problem, but it is the leading edge in State of the Art equipment and technology while catering with love compassion and support to necessitate the best possible outcome. My dog was suddenly having bouts of coughing, that got worse and more complicated as the weeks went by. I had taken my dog everywhere until I found this place where the lovely group of people did not hesitate to find a holistic solution. The wonderful thing is that we are all still working it out as opposed to a definitive diagnosis with strict pharmaceutical drugs, and my dog feels great! After a comprehensive examination, aiming to make her feel like a queen, the outcome has been so encouraging and a boost to her becoming increasingly better. We all feel really great, and I can sleep better knowing she is ultimately in the best hands to live her best life!!. Thank you Longevity Veterinary Cennter. We are privileged and lucky that you are here undoubtably extending lives!!

Incredible gift to anyone hoping to give their pets excellent care with advanced and necessary methods not found readily, or elsewhere. I likely would not still have such a full animal family, were it not for this oasis. They’ve brought a longer and happier life for my pet, and were confident of their ability to recover my pet’s health when others had become discouraged by the disease.

We’ve been coming to this wonderful place for over three years! Mila has been getting her dental cleanings here ever since! They are compassionate friendly, and they do a wonderful job! I have sent friends and recommended their services to my vet at Franklin Lakes Animal hospital! Will be back next year for our annual cleaning!
