The owner billy is very unprofessional. This place is not the place you want to plan any special occasion. You should take care of your customer and employees. My friend will be taking billy to court for not paying him after doing a job for him.

This is not the place where u want an event planned. You give them ur ideas and they come up with their own I know they r trying to suggests things but that’s not possible u need to take ur customers opinions and match it not come up with ur own ideas. Definitely not the place to have any type of even here.Thank you for your help but I will be looking somewhere else for my events.

Originally I was glad to have found Elite Events I got a good deal for sparklers, cloud smoke, social media booth but most importantly what I wanted and why I sought them out, a mirror photo booth. Unfortunately, because I had to change my venue I was no longer about to have sparklers. Nonetheless, I still wanted the mirror photo booth and cloud smoke. As my wedding was approaching it became very difficult to communicate with the company. I was told a couple of times that they were busy and would get back to me. It was until I message them remind them my wedding was in a couple of weeks and wanted to make sure everything was set that I finally got a response. Fast forward to my wedding day. THERE WAS NO MIRROR PHOTO BOOTH! Because I found out as I entered my reception and there was no time to change I informed the technician that is not what was on my contract and that I needed them to contact me immediately! No one did! The follow day I called and was told they would speak to the “guy” and get back to me. NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME! I called again, and was told that they were waiting to have a meeting with “the guy”and would call me back! THEY NEVER DID! I wrote them emails and text message no one is responding now. They are super unprofessional!!! I would never hire them again!

THANK YOU Billy!!! We met Billy when we were getting a mirror seating chart from RSVP by Rosanna for our wedding at The Legacy Castle. We decided to order a mirrored gold table, chairs, and tables for the money box and cake. We ordered this last minute and Billy was accommodating and professional. I saw him checking on everything throughout the day and you can tell that he really cares about how your event turns out. Our ceremony was suppose to be outside and was changed to inside the day of because of the wind. We needed draping for one wall for the inside room and we called Billy the day of and he brought the draping for us without hesitation. The draping came out sooo beautiful and went perfectly with our flowers from our florist. Also, our money box that we ordered from another company came damaged and we needed a new money box the day before our wedding. Billy and RSVP by Rosanna brought us a beautiful money box that looked like an actual cake. THANK YOU for everything. We will always appreciate everything you did that helped our day turn out perfect.
