Wish I could give zero stars. This guy is a liar. He has repeatedly flaked on scheduled appointments no show no call. Doesn’t return phone calls or emails. When he does respond it’s “ don’t worry trust me or some other patronizing language.He lied about leaving njlenders claims nj lenders merged with cross country, which isn’t true. He took our account to cross county under false pretenses. We then realized we had been lied to about the “merger” . We switched back to NJlenders and we’re approved in less than 5 business days. Apparently used to blame his old company for all his problems. Everything is the company’s fault and nothing is his responsibility. He no longer has that excuse to hide behind .Ask some real estate agents about him you get the truth. NJ should investigate for ethics and professionalism

After finalizing the house, I reached out to atleast three mortgage brokers to shop for Mortgage. Chris was the first person to provide the best rate/fee and stayed committed to his offer till the closing. Others could only match up to his offer later and hence I decided to go ahead with Chris. It was a seamless experience for mortgage processing and mortgage commitment was secured and approved well within the closing date.It was amazing working with Chris and will recommend to others.

I would highly recommended Chris and his njlender team on any mortgage neeeds. Sometime New customer get anxious weather its going to happen smoothly or not but Chris and his team does excellent job. Little less communication but manageable.
