Russ was able to swap out an inverter that I was having issues with and saved me a 3000 mile drive to Portland, Oregon and then a 3000 mile drive home just to do something that Russ was able to do in two hours.
Russ was very professional very punctual and very meticulous. If six screws came out six screws went back in and he tested everything to make sure that it was working perfectly.”

“I had a great buying experience at McGuire GMC in Little Falls. I found my Yukon online, where I started my purchase process using the form on their website. First time I tried that and it was surprisingly convenient and easy to do. I was then contacted by a gentleman from the finance department who took a credit card deposit over the phone. They offered free delivery, which was both surprising and incredibly convenient. I opted to pick the Yukon up, since I was going to be in the area anyway. I arrived for pick up, where I worked with Jim. He was great, very polite and professional. Got everything taken care of quickly and easily. I had one minor issue after the purchase with the vehicle, which was very quickly handled. For this I dealt mostly with Rob, who was great. A real gentleman and extremely professional. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the purchase of the Yukon Denali, it is an amazing vehicle. I had an incredible purchase experience, the best out of the 20+ vehicle purchases I made at different dealers over the years. Customer service was stellar as well; before, during and after purchase.”
