I was in there on Saturday (September 30) and i have to say it was the worst experience ever. The man behind the counter was very aggressive, to the point i feared for my safety. I do not want to bash small businesses but, when you have workers like this, it is definitely called for. Don't think i will be returning there, ended up at Circle K...

Every year, I come up from VA for vacation. I like to go to this shop to support the local businesses. The owner is very service oriented and will go out of his way to help you with any small detail. The humidor that the cigars are maintained in are spot on. Every cigar I have ever purchased from them has lit very well and would burn down to the nub on a single light. The selection for a small shop is adequate for all ages. The owner is also knowledgeable to assist you in selection if you’re not a connoisseur.

Owner goes out of his way to make sure products are well stocked. Carries many different selections of cigars, tobacco, delta 8 and 9 products, pipes and vapes. My friend loves their CBD oil and tells me the prices on that item are very good.they also carry some candy and have the lottery available. Highly recommend, if you don't see what you are looking for just ask. His inventory is extensive and it's easy to miss things.

I just want to leave a quick review, I'm not typically one that leaves reviews. OUTSTANDING service and customer care.. The BEST!I have been using kratom off and on for several years at mild servings to assist with pre-existing injuries that occasionally hurt from time to time.I have used numerous brands from all around the world, I had a particular brand that I have used for years because of its quality.. That all changed today, I stopped into Mystic smoke shop as I have been returning customer, and he had a new product that was in, Not only was I the first individual to try it, he gave me a generous discount for trying it because it was new.It was an absolute game changer, this particular kratom brand is flavored, it has mass spec testing to prove the authenticity, quality and purity with actual lot and batch numbers. The flavor was terrific, it mixed very easily, and the product was not over aggressive like some other products on the market that possibly have other additives in it. Hands down this is the best brand I have tried to date... I can't say enough about the store and the owner, and the nurturing business relationship that he provides. Outstanding service, very friendly, and he genuinely listens to his customers. He gets a five out of five all day for me.Thank you for the outstanding product, and the outstanding service.

The staff is friendly. But that’s about it. Nice guys but they’re just looking to make a quick buck. A lot of their bongs are cheap. I had a bong, grinder, and banger all just fall apart within a day. I did buy a decent diamond bong from them. They also don’t have much knowledge about smoking and have no idea how to help you. Definitely not going back.

The other day I was looking for a 10mm slider for my pocket bubbler I bought two of them but were the wrong size ultimately so when I could I went back to ask for an exchange which he was happy to do! Unfortunately there was not a 1 in the places he gave me credit towards my other purchase and took the wrong ones back. Thank you for your help, keep up the great work your doing for out little community ? also the kratom selection is awesome! I buy 2 - 500 capsule bottles a week there and hes always been real on the price and he doesn't price gouge like many other stores in the area which is why he will be successful here! People respect a buisness that makes money but doesn't rip people off to do so!!!
